Nice and friendly hotel with great view over Corniche. Simple breakfast was served despite Ramadan. Walking distance to Medina.

The hotel is situated in close distance with the train station, it is accessed even on foor after 10-15' min. It is also in walking distance from the Louage station, so it was very convenient to move from the city of Sfax to other destinations. The room was clean and had a big window opening up to the port. Although the water seems very polluted with garbage,.., the view was pleasant in overall. The breakfast offers breakfast if paied the relevant room selection. People at the reception were vey helpful and friendly.

It's a good value for Sfax. Good location, street parking was not too difficult.

There was no internet in the room, only in the lobby.

Located in the city center so everything is close.

Noisy road: cars and people talking and shouting till late (1am) Expensive for the average hotels in Tunisia and the quality of the hotel itself but not too expensive for Sfax.

Was relatively good value compared to the other options I was able to find for Sfax. Basic room (even though dated) that was clean and sufficient. Pleasant view of port marina (but nothing special). Breakfast included was satisfactory. Location within walking distance to train station (approx. 10mins) even though need to negotiate traffic with pull trolley luggage due to poor sidewalks. Easy walk to the Médina and rest of town.

Some maintenance work going on in the room next to mine. Unfortunately the AC in my room did not work, making the room a little cold. Noise travels within the hotel, so likely awake around 8am from other guests. Though decent window soundproofing to the roads downstairs (so quieter for road traffic). Unfortunately I found Sfax relatively industrial and not so much from a touristic point of view (other than the real Tunisian city life).
