The property was easily accessible. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way and manner. Shubham was one of the most helpful people from arrival to departure.

The balcony opened on the vally giving wonderful views in evening and morning. Overall the stay was great and worth remembering. Staff is also very courteous. Food was good and hygenic.

The hotel should try to improve the internet facility provided by them. It being a hilly area there is no proper signal so the mgmt should try to install better modems/ routers which could carter to all the guests staying.

tv didn’t work in one room despite repeated complaints; room wasn’t changed despite request… since we had a senior citizen, this became an issue

Arrangements was nice, people were good, nice food.. Ambience is good.

On arrival booked room was not available, a room without ventilation is provided. However next day they have provided good room. So one night was bad, 1 night was excellent. Welcome tea provided was not fresh and not hot.

Food was very costly and not worth. We ordered chilly potato, they had no veggies and the quantity was very dissapointing. You can easily count the fingerchips in it. They charged around Rs. 300 for one plate. Next, we ordered white sauce pasta. It was not even creamy and it also had no vegies and it was like pasta salad. There was no food option nearby and you have to drive for 6 k.m. for the restaurant. So this made our stay very dissapointing at this hotel.
