Stunning location, very clean and comfortable, wildlife on view from the window and generally helpful and unobtrusive hosts

Additional utilities charge-. we did not use heating or laundry appliances at all but were charged 25 euros for the week. this is apparently based on meter readings. these meters were not visible to the guests. If you do use heating and laundry I presume this would add very substantial costs to your holiday.My advice- ask to see the meters. Another possible cost factor of note is that when we secured the booking our credit card was charged very quickly.-As we used a Sterling card and the payment was in Euros we had a hefty currency transfer charge to pay to the bank. With other properties during our trip we had plenty of time before being charged so we were able to avoid this by changing our default card to a Euro one. My advice therefore is to make sure you secure your booking using a Euro currency card.
