Modern apartment near to the sea, very nice personel and well equipped kitchen

The apartment was comfortable and very close to the one of the best beaches of Alghero.

Noise from nearby busy road. However, new windows shields effectively the noise.

Clean and new. Great location close to the beach.

you could park car on the street easily reasonably close to the beach and some cafes , restaurants

beds were too hard , pillows were awful , no washing machine and the apartment had the bare minimal equipment needed when you are a international traveller.

The bed was comfortable, the stovetop was very efficient, the air conditioning worked well. I suppose the price/value ratio is ok, but we wouldn’t recommend it for your honeymoon or anything ‘special.’ It is bright and reasonably central, though out of walking distance to the center for our abilities.

There were some dirty scuff marks, hand-and footprints on the master bedroom wall, and a couple of cobwebs. The second bedroom has a trundle bed which leaves no space for anything else when pulled out - so if you have kids who need a bit of wiggle room, it’s probably too small (though fine as a single). The plots of land the apartment overlooks are FULL of garbage of every kind - such a shame, though obviously not the Alma’s fault. The air-conditioning blower was inexplicably installed on the terrace in such a way that it blows hot air on the terrace, rendering it an essentially unusable space when a/c is on, if not for drying towels. Wifi practically non-existent.

The location was great, everything was really clean, close to the beach and there was a fully equipped kitchen (even an automatic washing machine) and large living room + terrace. Our host was great, really helpful. There is an iron and washing machine available in the basement.

One of the bedrooms was small and the second bed was an extensible bed.

Tina is a lovely person. She is helpful and gives a lot of information. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Shop, restaurants and bus stops are up to ten minutes to walk Nice beach and park close to the apartment. quit place
