The townhouse is great; just as described with everything we could possibly need on hand. We like staying Oak Creek, just outside Sedona proper. With beautiful red rock formations all around and hiking for every level as well as restaurants and shopping without the hectic crowds that can be present in Sedona. We were very comfortable at this property and certainly enjoyed the hot tub under the stars after a day of hiking.

Comfortable, with everything we needed.

This was a perfect place to stay. Easy to get to. Close to Sedona yet out of all the congestion. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated the full bath in each room. Huge kitchen. Comfortable reclining chairs.

The townhome was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The PROS: 1. The private hot tub was the highlight of every evening after hiking! 2. The kitchen is enormous and very well appointed. We cooked multiple nights and had everything we needed. 3. Having 3 bathrooms for 4 people was fantastic 4. The location was great for us as it was far enough from the traffic of Sedona but only a 10 min drive away 5. The place is large enough that the 4 of us had plenty of space and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. 6. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was amazing and we all came home with clean clothes that just needed to be unpacked The CONS: 1. The beds are a bit small but we are used to a king so might not be an issue for others. They also weren't the most comfortable. 2. The showers were nice but the adjustable showerheads were hard to manage. The choices were super strong water pressure that pounded on your head and used up the hot water very quickly or a light drizzle that barely got you wet. 3. The toaster in the kitchen needs to be replaced. I felt like it might catch fire every time we used it :( Overall, the pros definitely outweighed the cons and we really enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely recommend the place to others!

Stayed at this Oak Creek condo near Bell Rock week of Thanksgiving with husband and teenage daughter. Had everything you would need and more. Great communication with owner. Hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Close to Clark’s Market and various restaurants. Would definitely stay here again next time we visit Sedona.

This townhouse was in a very convenient location for going to Bell Rock and uptown Sedona. It was very well equipped. Directions on how to use the hot tub was easy to follow. Also very clean and furniture was comfortable.

Family had a great time in Sedona. Property was close to many trailheads. The unit was clean and had great amenities including the sound system and variety of music selections.

The property was very clean and had the necessary items. The issue for us was the stairs. I should have asked about stairs. There are 16 steps. Not a good place for older people.

The apartment/town house is fabulous. Really clean, spacious and has all the amenities you would need for your stay. It is central for the main walks (minutes from Bell Rock) and plenty of choice for meals close by. We ate Red Rocks breakfast twice - food is fantastic!! Communication with Richard, the owner was excellent and it was nice to meet him briefly on our departure. We’d definitely stay again. Sedona and surrounding area is just stunning!’

We were in aw! My gamily loved the views and location!

We were two couples. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms made it extra nice for us. It is out of all the traffic from downtown Sedona. Beautiful scenery, hot tub and nice area outside to sit or eat. Kitchen and living room were very nice and good to see a couple of recliner chairs, bathroom on the main level and the comfortable couch made into another bed. It was so nice and relaxing. We will go back.

Would suggest a rubber mat in the bath tub. When wet we found the floor of the tub to be very slippery. Other than that, we greatly enjoyed the property.

My husband, adult daughter & I recently had the privilege of staying at this well-appointed property. The location in Oak Creek Village was perfect for all of our hiking treks in the Sedona area. In the evening we were able to enjoy all of the nearby restaurants, grocery store and views of the mountains. The townhome has a 6-person hot tub that we thoroughly enjoyed every evening! The property owner was extremely attentive to our needs and is an excellent and prompt communicator. We would definitely return to this ideal property!

It was a nice clean place to stay. Location was good. It was nice having 3 bathrooms although description of property says there are 4 bathrooms. (We had 4 women staying here) Will look into staying again if I return to Arizona. Also, the owner of property was very nice. My first time using VRBO and it was a good experience.

Excellent rental in great location. The Village of Oak Creek is THE PLACE TO STAY if visiting Sedona. Calm, serene, not too touristy. Walking distance to everything you need, including great grocery store. Hot tub I clean, nice, and great temp.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. We had an issue with the dishwasher not cleaning the dishes, but we were fine handwashing. The location was perfect, the hot tub after a long day of hiking was a blessing, and the beds were comfy.

Great stay

A very comfortable stay for 2 couples. Close to a grocery store and restaurants without having to deal with the Sedona traffic. Most everything you need is provided; Clark's Market is close by for your coffee and ice cream needs. The nearby Tortas de Fuego Bar & Grill has good food for a decent price. Do Sedona early in the morning; afternoon traffic took 15 minutes to go 1 mile. The front bedroom has road noise but we slept through it. Take the back bedroom if you are a light sleeper.

We had a great time in Oak Creek/Sedona. The townhouse worked out great for our family.

I would definitely recommend any properties managed by this host! The property was beautiful! Honestly even nicer than the pictures. We had a lovely stay.

The hiking in Oak Creek is amazing. We have stayed in Sedona proper, but this is much closer to better trails and views. The townhouse is wonderful, especially for two couples who can have their own ensuite. The main living area is spacious and the patio is a great bonus (with hot tub!). We enjoyed self-catering and the occasional dinner out. Lots of options to explore. If you are driving up from Phoenix I recommend buying groceries there as it is a little pricey in Sedona with less choice. Dick was a wonderfully gracious owner and I completely recommend this as a destination.

We absolutely loved our vrbo selection. Staying in oak creek is sooo nice in that you can avoid sedona traffic. You can sneek over to cottonwood and jerome and flaggstaff and the grand crack without going through traffic. Hiked 4 days. All beautiful. Rode rzrs 1 day. Having the hot tub was the best decision ever. Used every day. Nice kitchen and living area. Cut little decks off each bedroom and the patio is adorable. I enjoyed the nice coffee options at vrbo. Adult kids walked to oak creek espresso across rd and loved. Tried firecreek coffee once and not as loved. Loved having laundry inhouse. Would also recommend the hike house, garland jewelry, sedona atv, colts bbq in oak creek or cottonwood...breakfast burrito is a bargain and a half, all food good but breakfast is best, the hideaway house. Ok, im done

This was a fantastic property. It was stocked with all necessities and close to trails and Sedona center. We used the hot tub most nights and enjoyed it. The owner was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

The location was just wonderful and the property was much bigger than the photos show. We were conveniently located to everything we wanted and a stargazing soak in the hot tub was a perfect ending to our long days of hiking.

I rented the place in order to attend the Roam Fest event and it was walking distance to the Red Agave. It ended up just being me but would be great for 2 couples or a family. It’s nice that there are 2 master suites essentially and both have balconies. The hot tub is a nice perk especially on a cool morning and there are great views from the back… really any direction. You can also walk to different restaurants from the location. I would definitely stay again.

What a great town house. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen large comfortable living room and the hot tub was fantastic. Location was convenient to hiking trails and great food. We had an amazing time!
