Everything about this apartment is great for a small family of mine. It's small, but comfortable. Highly recommended

If there is anything, the heater at max does not feel that warm, but it's enough for the season I'm here

Everything needed in the kitchen was there including fondue pots. The beds were also large and comfortable. The garden was also great.

The ventilation fan in the kitchen was not working properly. The dish washer was also not super effective.

The location is quite far from the train station. Quite a struggle when the luggage is heavy. Have to climb a bit of stairs as well.

This is a self-catering studio with a well equipped kitchenette less than 10 minutes from the Matterhorn express ski lift. There is a free (for skiers) local electrobus stop about 300m away.

It would have been helpful if we had known that the studio key also opens the door to the basement where the ski room is located.

Good kitchen with oven, hob and Fondue pot and small dining table for 4! Ground floor with door to small garden and Ski room downstairs. Great location on river and main Bus Route through town - short walk to ski lift. Good value (for Zermatt) very compact studio sleeping 4 in one open plan room (twin beds and double sofa bed). Recommended.

Everything was spot on in this studio. Excellent location. Super market close by.5-7 mins walk to all required locations.

Internet drops every now and then. Struggled to stay connected.

Zermatt is beautiful place to visit

The room is not clean enough, particularly the bed and bed sheet.

Studio itself was very nice, newly renovated and comfortable. Good location as everything was within comfortable walking distance

1. Wifi was very patchy and not consistent at all 2. I requested an ‘early’ check-in of 2-3pm but was denied which was a bit strange, especially given they ask for a check-out at 10am (giving them ample time to ready the apartment in next 4-5 hours) AND the room was ACTUALLY ready as I could see. But I was asked to put my luggage in another room till 4pm, and the combination of building layout and not-so-detailed instructions made the check-in process not a very pleasant one.

very affordable price for Zermatt. location is nice right next to the bridge, you can take the e bus for free to the bus stop kirch bruge. it is close to the matterhorn paradise cable car. all equipment for cooking was available also with fondue pot. towels were provide for everyone. upon leaving, since it is contactless, you put money of city tax on the table.

the instructions to get the room key is vague. it would be nice if they can send us instructions with PICTURE. you need to get the key from a box in front and the keybox is so hard to open. also there’s confusion of -1 floor, 0 or 1st floor….. also, you have to bring your own shampoo and soap.

Very close to town. Warm & cosy apartment with cooking facilities.

The place wasn’t clean properly. The towels provided were not clean and we developed eye infection & diarrhoea and had to seek medical treatment. Should we forward the medical bill to this apartment?

The small garden was really a nice surprise. Owners very helpful and reachable. Modern kitchen and quite central location.

The apartment is not big, especially for us being a family of 4. More suitable for a couple. Beds were not as comfortable as one would expect. However, I think in central Zermatt, it was value-for-money.

I Recommend 100 % the place. I'm The only thing and nothing to do with the apartment is that in the trains leaving or contacting to Zermatt is a lot of bag theft Someone stole my purse in a second that I turned around with all my money and papers, my trip was a nightmare.

Kitchen well equipped

Nothing to not like about this property. It was super comfortable , the view was amazing and close proximity to a supermarket was added on bonus. Would definitely come back.

espresso maker and pods, refrigerator, oven, stove top and all utensils for making food. love the blackout shades!! comfortable beds and quiet location. thanks for letting us store our luggage prior to check in. we would stay here again.
