Outstanding view of the Matterhorn, terrific spa which was very enjoyable after a day of skiing, with a glass of wine/sparkles, breakfast was very impressive, tasty and lovely room. Brilliant customer service by the staff/ owners.
We called through to reception on our arrival by train to Zermatt and they arranged an electric taxi to pick us up to bring us to 'Hotel Ambiance' as we had a heavy suitcase each and too far to walk with - cheaper than if we organised ourselves.
Would have been nice if they also included body cream in bathroom

Hatte erwartet ein Pool, war aber nur ein kleines Sprudelbad auf der Terrasse, wo man wirklich ausgesetzt ist. War mir zu wenig diskret. Saunabereich dagegen klein, aber sehr schön

We liked the comfy rooms, good breakfast, and the whirlpool tub. The location was convenient in Zermatt. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again the next time we're in town.

Beautiful hotel. Friendly, kind and welcoming staff. Location is perfect, quiet and close to restaurants. The view from the rooms is just stunning. Excellent breakfast. I had a lovely stay and will definitely recommend it.

We love everything about the hotel. Breakfast was very good with healthy spread. Our room view facing the Matterhorn is also great. (we stayed in room 207) Room is nice, cozy and lovely with boiling kettle which is very convenient. Keep it up Hotel Ambiance!

Location is great and easily walkable to the center. the rooms are large and comfortable. They keep a little lounge area open all night with snacks and drinks for purchase which was very cute and cozy.
There is no refrigerator in the rooms.

Really nice small adorable hotel, perfect service, nice breakfasts
We took smallest room, 11m2 and it was actually really small. Bed was available from one side only and doors to bathroom were glass so little uncomfortable.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff..I checked in late, and they are very understanding the guest and they send email to let us know how to get in the room. Room clean and had great view and i loved the vibe. I wish i could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. :)

The view from the room was amazing. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. It was very quiet and we felt very safe.
It was a bit far from the train station itself and is quite a bit of a walk if you have many luggage. But it was worth it for the room.

the service was outstanding - the staff could not do enough for us. the breakfasts were wonderful and freshly cooked / lots of choice. the hotel was very clean / had perfect facilities and had a lovely ambience! exceeded expectations. would definitely stay again.

Excellent breakfast buffet in a public room with a view of the Matterhorn. The rooms had about everything you could want, including private balconies. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The ski room near the front door with boot drying racks meant that I didn't have to lug my equipment all the up to my room (or find a place to put the stuff).
My one and only complaint: the efficient room was tiny--I was frequently bumping into things (walls, doors, furniture, etc).

The breakfast selection was very carefully put together--excellent jams-yoghurt -croisssants and bread. the ski room was also very clean/accessible and well equipped with boot warmers. location near some excellent restaurant and just 10 minutes walk from center/lift. We took the electric cabs to go skiing so it was just right

Beautiful exceptionally clean room with magnificent view. Very comfortable. Other facilities in hotel (bar,lounge,hot tub,ski room)all perfect. Helpful friendly staff and incredible choice for breakfast.
