Loved it, will be back next year!!

Amazing being so close to the bay. Watching and listening to the waves was so relaxing. We had a parade of pelicans one evening that was pretty cool. Very cute and clean cabin. Not too far from all the sites we wanted to see. Would love to return one day.

My kids and I just loved this place! Such a nice little retro cottage and the location was perfect! We didn’t want to be near the crowds in the bay towns over the Memorial Day holiday weekend, so this was the perfect retreat. The beach was clean and we spent some time swimming and kayaking. Overall just a wonderful place! It was clean with great hosts! We can’t wait to come back! 10/10 would recommend

Everything was absolutely perfect. The view of the Bay, located on quiet street in a friendly neighborhood. A little ride to the more”famous” Door County sites but worth it for the peace, quiet and privacy! The indoor fireplace was perfect for our cool and cloudy stay. The cottage has a lovely 50’s vibe and we wanted for nothing. We have found a new Happy Place to recharge.

The house was just the right size. The layout of the rooms was perfect. We were hoping to sit outside but it was too windy and chilly! Next time we'll go earlier in the fall. Hot water heater didn't seem to be working properly - not enough hot water for 2 people. Fresh water tank provided for drinking due to iron in water.

This is our second time staying here and hopefully we can come back again. Lovely location on the water with sunset views. Property is decorated in a way to make me smile.

Very clean and relaxing retreat to come back to after a day of exploring Door County. Would be great for a family with a couple of younger kids. Sitting out by the lake in front of a fire at night is a treat! The only criticism would be some more complete silverware and newer cookware. Restaurants were not very close so you will want to cook dinner most nights. We really enjoyed ourselves for the five night stay!

We absolutely loved this property. We will be staying here again. Everything was perfect, the views were amazing. Kayaks were a lot of fun, dinner on the picnic table facing the bay was perfect and ending our night with a bonfire was just the icing on the cake. We did take a nice walk after dinner and the neighborhood was so peaceful and nice. Thank you for offering this amazing place. I have a happy husband as this was a surprise for his birthday so thank you tons!

Great little place to stay between Green Bay and Door County. Nice drive too all the close attractions without having to pay a premium price. Beautiful sunsets over the bay. Would highly recommend!

I think this is the 5th or 6th time I've stayed here, and every time it's always comfy, easy and pleasant. My mom is coming back in a month or so for a solo trip, as well. We love this little cottage!

This 2 bedroom cottage worked perfect for our stay in Door County. It had it all, beautiful view, perfect beach, comfortable beds, and it was located on a quiet street. It was everything we needed!

My family loved this cute cabin on the bay. It came with everything— kayaks, life jackets, bikes, fishing gear, a fire pit, a dock, outdoor seating and a giant bowl full of snacks! The 50’s retro theme was fun, and there was plenty of equipment for cooking… no need to eat out! And did I mention the sunset view? Stunning! We would definitely return & recommend!

The bay location was beautiful. The house was very comfortable and had great view of the bay. We would stay there again for sure.

This was just what we needed! Our eldest daughter was just married in June and we took our last (though, short) vacation with just us. (Me and my wife plus her younger sister) The property was beautiful and very clean. Just a great experience!

We had such a great time here. Everything was exactly as pictured and the hosts are very accommodating and answered any questions we had. We loved being able to go kayaking and biking there, and no too far from the other Bays.

We had never been to Door County and had a great time exploring the peninsula. This cottage is a bit of a drive from Washington Island, the northern most destination but the drive along the way was beautiful. Paula was a great host. The pictures are 💯 accurate. A few steps to the bay. Picture perfect sunsets. We enjoyed rounds of golf and explored the various town. Thanks, for allowing us to stay at your cute little cottage.

Enjoyed our stay! Lake view was amazing!

We were looking to check out “Door County” as we have never been , however from friends and family members we heard that it was lots of shopping , vintage resale and antiques as well as restaurants. Since we were going to be there for 4 days , we knew we were going to need something else to do other than the shopping and eating in the Door. This place did not disappoint. Paula thought of every detail down to chilled bottled water, k cup coffee, plenty of towels and even some binoculars and board games. The indoor fireplace seemed cozy although it was too warm when we were there to use it. We did enjoy the outdoor fire pit with plenty of wood which was provided. The kayaks were so fun and a great way to get in a little exercise as well as see the back sides of the beautiful homes surrounding this place. One of the absolute highlights were the magnificent sunsets! ( helped by fantastic weather without a cloud in the sky) Don’t let the 30-45 minute drive to the heart of the door discourage you from staying here. The drive was full of beautiful scenery on its own .

Sr. Couple enjoyed our stay in this vintage retro cottage. Appliances and decor brought up back to our youth. Loved the sunsets and cozy fires at night. Do not be discouraged by the too far comments. The drive north is lovely with the Bay peaking in and out as you travel. Heck, you may even get to enjoy some friendly conversation with your significant other! We shall return!

This is a wonderful place. The owner left the lights on for us as we were getting there late. There also was coffee and snacks available. The location is great and we had beautiful sunsets. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved the cabin and the location. Everything just as described. We loved the Retro décor. We also loved the view and the sounds of the water. Sunsets were fantastic.

I've stayed here maybe 5 or 6 times now, and have loved every single minute of it. We always wait for the books to open at the new year so we can book right away. Always worth it!
