Добрый день! Я с мужем останавливалась 20 и 21 сентября 2023, апартаменты очень понравились-всё стильно, чисто и комфортно. Все удобства продуманы до мелочей: посуда, кофе, чай, утюг, гель для душа, шампунь и полотенца. Парковка для авто очень порадовала, расположение отличное-в центр ходили гулять пешком. Обратная связь с хозяином отличная, сразу получали ответ на любые вопросы. Благодаря NookNook отдых в Кракове был приятным и запоминающимся. С удовольствием рекомендую Nook Nook! Parking, the location was available, and the city center had no trouble getting there, near the public transport stop, quiet, quiet neighborhood, and the settlement had no problems! the house management information was given in time and informative.

It's not a minus-home, but the freezer in the fridge is a little dirty.

The hotel is close to the centre, with 2 shops and a public transport stop around the corner. The apartment is large and spacious.

The whole accommodation gives the impression that nobody pays much attention to it. The floor was sticky. The glass was dingy and the oven hadn't been cleaned in months. In addition, the curtains that shield the light from the street at night are torn in several places. The curtain directly across from the bed is short, so no matter how you put it up all night the light shines into your bed. The photos made the accommodation look much better. There is something black around the drain by the shower, so one would rather shower in beach shoes. It's really a shame, a few details that left the beautiful accommodation with an unpleasant feeling

Secure gated parking. Clean, spacious apartment. Informative instructions for arriving and getting into property. General stores, public transport and a few cafes 5 to10 minutes away by foot.

Elevator out of order. Administrator/security person didn't speak any english. No A/C, so during hot summer nights, temperature in the room will be 27 and more degrees. All you will have is a loud fan next to the bed. Bed itself is made from to separate mattresses put together.

the system of the locker of the door can be a little bit trick . I recommend to take the keys with you. The smell inside of the flat could be more pleasant.

the A/C did not work. When letting the owners know, they mentioned it is ongoing work since months and thats why no A/C is mentioned in the description. Formally all correct, however this pointed out upfront would have been appreciated. For summer months I would not recommend this apartment.

The apartment is really very nice, comfortable, has all the equipment you need. The room and the bathroom are spacious. The location is perfect, you need just 30 minute walk to the old city - Stare Miasto, it is near the bus and tram stop. The host is very friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and if I am in Krakow again, I will definately visit the same apartment!

Apartament was great. Beautiful, clean, nothing was missing, even coffee was not only good quality, but also various sort of capsules (including decaff). Free parking space on the backyard is huge advantage. I will be deffinitely coming back on my next trip to Krakow.

The only thing that could be better was the mattress. King size bed was awesome, however there was two 1 person mattress next to each other, instead one big fitted to the bed.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. There was a kitchen with a dishwasher and a wash machine. Big bathroom, shower only.
