Pool and hot tub great. Accommodation more than adequate with a full set of appliances. Smart TVs, oven, decent shower, washing machine, etc. Even iron and ironing board and a fan. Location is great for access to London and other local areas. Lovely setting too. I have given the host full marks, but we only met once for 2 minutes. We had no problems, and we were left in privacy. No need to interact otherwise. It was great. 😁

Main areas very clean, shower, floors, bathroom, kitchen areas spotless, hot tub and pool area clean enough, no trouble there. But random bits not so much, top of fridge and cooker hood dusty, the fridge inside nor the oven was clean. However, it wasn't a great issue and everything was usable, didn't really bother anything. A neat freak may have a small problem. Having said that, we arrived slightly early and they rushed to sort it for us, maybe the rush was the cause for the missed bits. Either way, it wasn't bad enough to spoil anything. Small walk to the cottage from the parking area, no bother to us, shouldn't be a great problem to anyone that does not have mobility issues. However anyone that struggles with stairs, walking or is in a wheel chair would find it unsuitable.

We could not fault Bluebell Cottage ; a cosy, well presented accommodation, with modern interior set in beautiful, well kept gardens, in a convenient location for local shops. We had a very pleasant stay here, the hosts were very friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend to anyone wishing a quiet break in the Kent countryside, and there are plenty of places to visit in the local area.

Having to go back to work!

Everything! I cannot recommend staying at Bluebell Cottage enough! The grounds on which the cottage is located are stunning and well maintained, the location is close enough to Dartford and other local towns but far enough away to feel like you really can relax. The cottage itself is phenomenal! For what appears to be a shed in a garden, it’s like stepping into the TARDIS as you walk into a fully kitted out tiny house! Everything you need for you stay is provided with a full kitchen, underfloor heating, a huge shower, comfy bed, and even a bottle of wine on arrival. There is even a pool and a hot tub which are available for guest use, however we did not use but they looked lovely, clean and would be a perfect addition to the perfect stay. We didn’t see our hosts during the week, however Wendy was only a text message away if we would have needed anything! Check in details were super clear upon arrival too.

Lovely little “cottage” style accommodation, very quiet, lovely Indian restaurant a stones throw away.

The mattress was a little uncomfortable.
