La struttura è ben posizionata nel centro di Ostuni. È stata ristrutturata di recente. Tenda oscurante efficace. Staff molto disponibile. Ok le pulizie.

Purtroppo ci sarà stato qualche errore con Booking perché la prenotazione era per una Suite Deluxe con piscina in camera. Pertanto la valutazione è condizionata da questo problema. Infatti abbiamo soggiornato in una camera completamente diversa. Sviluppata su due livelli con delle scale molto ripide e scomode. Totalmente sconsigliabile. A maggior ragione se non era ciò che avevate prenotato. Il bagno ha doccia e servizi in una stanza e il lavandino nella camera da letto al lato del letto. Lo abbiamo trovato più che scomodo. La stanza per due ha un mezzo armadietto insufficiente e scomodo. Nessuno spazio per poggiare una valigia. Spero non si creda di poter lasciare la valigia al piano di sotto e ogni volta fare quelle scale. Ok le tende, ma ci sono numerose fonti di luce che non favoriscono il riposo. Il terrazzino è in comune e non aiuta la privacy. La comunicazione con Booking deve essere migliore perché semplicemente non era ciò che avevamo prenotato. Ci sarebbe una vasca idromassaggio in terrazzo che però nessuno ci ha mai spiegato come e quando poter utilizzare. Di sicuro non era sul nostro terrazzo e quindi, essendo un albergo diffuso, posso immaginare si trovasse su un’altra struttura. Forse bisognava girare il paese in accappatoio? Per cui non saprei.

The check-in was automatic and hassle-free. The two ladies who served us breakfast were really friendly, even though the breakfast itself was quite basic. It was really nice to have a sauna and an open shower directly in our room. The pool looks nice, but we couldn’t use it unfortunately (see below)

The luxury suite with the pool and the sauna looks marvelous on pictures, but the reality is quite different: the suite is located on ground level of an old building in the city center, which means it’s very damp and it smells like old cellars do. The place also doesn’t have any windows, which means the AC and the dehumidifier are the only sources of fresh air, which all in all results in a bad air quality. On the plus side: this also means it never gets too hot inside. The biggest letdown for us was the sanitary condition of the pool: it was evident that the water hadn’t been changed before we arrived (there were some sort of white fibers floating around), so we couldn’t really enjoy the pool as we had anticipated. Another huge issue is the lack of privacy. Since the room is on ground level, you enter it directly through a big glass door from a side street in the city center. Inside the apartment you have two big velvet curtains that you can shut, however, when shut they leave a gap of about 10cm which means anyone walking by can throw a glance at you while you’re sleeping, bathing, sitting in the sauna etc. Luckily we had a clothespin with us, so we managed to tuck the two curtains together properly, but we still wondered why it has never crossed the apartment owner’s mind to just provide a clothespin for the guests in the first place (or fix this huge problem otherwise). We also found it disconcerting that there were no toiletries provided. We’ve stayed in much much cheaper accommodations in Puglia and we’ve never had to buy our own soap or shampoo.

La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il letto è uno dei più comodi mai provati. Super consigliato.

Super accogliente e calda pur non essendo in alta stagione. L’alloggio pulitissimo pur avendo prenotato all’ ultimo momento. Ottima qualità prezzo.

La porta del bagno non si chiudeva benissimo ma non ci ha dato nessun tipo di problema nella nostra permanenza!

Siamo stati accolti con molta ospitalità da Andrea e Valeria. Entrambi molto gentili. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, la prima notte con nostra grande sorpresa ci è stata data la possibilità di usufruire della suite (in quanto libera) allo stesso costo della junior suite che avevamo prenotato. La suite è stata un vero spettacolo: vasca idromassaggio e sauna in camera con smart tv e tutti i comfort possibii. Un regalo molto gradito. C'è la possibilità di prenotare anche la jacuzzi che si trova su un terrazzo molto ampio. Struttura nuovissma e ben curata nei minimi dettagli. La doccia di entrambe le camere è molto grande e spaziosa. La posizione è perfetta in quanto si trova a due passi dal centro di Ostuni. Si trova vicino al parco pubblico che è contornato da parcheggi blu in cui è possibile parcheggiare l'auto. Consigliatissimo.

La proximité avec le centre ville et la propreté du lieu.

Nous avons été très déçus. Nous avions réservé cet établissement pour notre lune de miel et expressément pour le jacuzzi. Malheureusement, celui-ci n’était pas opérationnel. Lorsque nous avons demandé à l’hôtesse d’accueil à notre arrivée si le jacuzzi se trouvait bien sur la terrasse, celle-ci nous a simplement répondu que c’était le cas, sans nous spécifier qu’il était vide et non accessible. Nous avons directement prévenu la réception qui n’a jamais répondu. Nous estimons que le prix est largement excessif par rapport à la qualité du lieu. La chambre ( suite junior) était très standard. La salle de bain sent le moisi et nous ne captions pas le wifi. Cependant, le lendemain lors du petit déjeuner, nous avons ré expliqué le problème à une autre dame de la réception qui s’est montrée arrangeante et nous a offert une bouteille de vin en guise dédommagement. Si nous avions su, nous n’aurions pas réservé à cet hôtel qui est bien trop cher par rapport à la qualité des services que nous avons reçus.

We loved our stay at Dama Bianca. The reception team were super helpful , always available and made us feel very welcome The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a trip to the roof top jacuzzi. Great location.

Sehr Zentral gelegen, tolle Zimmer mitten in den kleinen Gassen (die Zimmer sind nicht alle nebeneinander), sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück! Das Personal war sehr lieb und aufmerksam!! Danke Rita und Team, wir hatten es so schön bei euch!! In der Altstadt (5 Minuten vom Dama Bianca) gibt es zahlreiche und wirklich wunderbare und vorallem schmackhafte Restaurants… Wir würden jederzeit wieder ins schöne Dama Bianca kommen!!!
