Location is excellent. It is near to city centre. The surounding is calm and peacefull. Few rooms have beautifull view of mountains. Staff is very polite. Hospitality excellent. The pool area is very nive. They have hot water Jakuzzi too beside the pool, which gives a very relaxing experience. A big green lawn to play cricket, badminton etc. There is indoor paly area too. Spa is also available. The rooms are very spacious. The food and breakfast is very nice. Excellent stay at comparatively lower tarrif.

Being a brand name like The Fern you expect good service and hospitality but everything about this place expect for the location is just horrible we had booked 2 suite rooms which was not at all clean there was hair on the sofa and food dropping on bed and duvet cover we called the cleaning staff in the afternoon but nobody attended us they in the evening again we had to call to check on replacing the bedsheet duvet and clean the sofa I am attaching pictures for everyone reference so that people are careful before spending money. We decided to use the gym where the trainer wasn't available and AC wasn't working and had to call for the towel atleast thrice but nobody came through. The swimming pool and jacuzzi both were dirty it's just 5star for name sake the service is not even 3star.

The location is good The property is well build like any other Fern hotel.

The cleanliness inside the rooms isn’t at all good. The furniture is old and un kept. The glass tables are absolutely unclean and sticky and no one cares to clean them.
