Convenient location to ADO. Volunteers were nice

Horrible chemical smell and Air con not working the first night, second night rain was coming in thru ceiling window that can't be closed, shower dirty with moldy curtain, sheets old and stained with blood spots (ie previously they had bedbugs), OWNER (FEMALE) CAME IN AND OUT OF ROOM MANY TIMES AT OR AFTER 10PM AND USES FEMALE DORM BATHROOM RATHER THAN FEMALE COMMON BATHROOM. Insisted on putting extra sheets in a locker that had another person's belongings. Very very strange. Dorm doors are left open all day. DOG WILL STEAL FOOD OFF OF ALL SURFACES, INCLUDING KITCHEN TABLE.

Santiago was so helpful telling me where to go and how to get to places in such details. He also had recommendations! The very fresh swimming pool, the hamacs, good WiFi!

I only spent a couple of hours in this hostel as the hostel is very close to the bus station. I was waiting for my bus. paid for the whole day. in the common area near the pool there was a normal internet. i didn't try breakfast.

the rooms have three-storey beds. and the pool water was cold.

Nice and helpful owner, always ready to help and recommend what to visit, where to eat.

The breakfast was great and just for 30 pesos. The staff was very friendly. The location is awesome, like 2min walking from ADO station.

There's just 1 shower for men, it's very few.

The breakfast could be improved it seems light for me... but I suppose it depends of how you eat in the morning. Be aware that they don't allow you to stay in the hostel after the check out unless you pay a day pass. Some guests in the dorm mentionned bedbugs and check out earlier than expected. I haven't seen any, I suppose it is a current issue in Mexico and hopefully they didn't have any

Walking distance to everything. Great place! Breakfast was delicious staff was super helpful!. The room was very accessible for my husband who is a wheelchair ♿️ user. We worked in the garden, Internet reached all the way to the garden. Really friendly place :)

Common area around the pool, it's very hostel - no one should have very high expectations. But it's ok and for fair price.

The location and coziness of the hostel and the sweetest hostel dog.

The fact there were bed bugs and how the situation was handled. In the end, two other guests and me where in the dorm and noticed all beds had signs of bed bugs. Aparently, they did fumigate a couple of days before, but the problem was not solved when I arrived. The second night (noticed the bugs right before going to sleep), they did try to treat the matresses right before going to bed and would fumigate again the next day, but none of us three staying in the dorm felt comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. We slept on sofa's + an inflatable mattress on the floor that night. Next day, when leaving, I had to ask for my money back for that night and the night before. The owner didn't have any money on him, so I had to come back later that day to pick it up, in which he tried to give me back the amount minus the commission he needs to pay to this platform. I didn't accept that and waited until they withdrew money again so I could get my full refund. I know bed bugs happen, but in my opinion this problem got handled poorly. I went to the lavanderia myself to get all my stuff washed. Also, the morning of my departure, one of the hotel employees was hitting (!) the dog in front of us.

Was a good family vibe from the owners including their dog coco who was very cute. The swimming pool was also kept clean and had lights at night that changed color and was very beautiful. The breakfast was always good and set you up for the day. My partner and I had a very good stay there highly recommend 👌

Only bad thing was didn't get wifi in our room (private room) but worked everywhere else so was fine.

We stayed in the private room. We liked the breakfast. It is a nice place to stay.

It seemed that the beds were not freshly made up because the bed was not clean at all. Shower was not hot.

very very nice and chill hostel the owner and his family are very nice people the dog coco is AMAZING the place is so warm just by his presence the dorm are very comfy with a curtain for each bed big locker/AC the breakfast is really good the area is quite and next to the ADO station and 10 min walk to the center the volunteer working there is very nice
