Schön großes Zimmer , welches hübsch eingerichtet wurde. Das Personal war stets aufmerksam und bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Es wurden individuelle Unternehmungen organisiert. Zu diesem Zweck wurde uns Chandra ein Fahrer/ Guide zur Seite gestellt, der uns mit seinem Wissen über Land und Leute begeisterte und mit viel Humor individuell in Nuwara Eliya begleitete. Die Dusche wurde anscheinend nachträglich eingebaut und läuft massiv aus, sodass das Bad schnell unterwasser steht.

el hotel está muy descuidado. las zonas comunes son desoladoras. la limpieza deja mucho que desear en todo el hotel. deberían darle un lavado de cara.

The hospitality is amazing. Clean rooms and amazing location, near to most places. Shaqeeb was excellent, he was a star,, very nice guy, you need anything, call Shaqeeb from reception 10/10 Sidney was best, he's a do-it-all. Don't forget to taste his tea 👏 Also, Nisa was very helpful and responsive throughout which made things easier for us. The owner upgraded the room for us in the same price. If I ever come again, I'll definitely stay here. Will miss these guys and Nuwaraeliya

The staff were very good, especially Sidney, who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. Sidney even lit the fire and moved our dining table in front of the fire as we were a bit cold. The breakfast was very good and the location was ideal. The restaurant was very handy to have an evening meal or pizza. The view from the room was very good.

They even went the extra mile by preparing a delicious breakfast package for us to take on the road when we had to leave at 6 AM. The hotel rooms were spacious and thoughtfully equipped, ensuring a comfortable and convenient experience. Moreover, its central location made it easy for us to explore the city, as it was just a short 5-minute walk to the city center. From our windows, we were treated to a nice view of Victoria Park, adding a touch of natural beauty to our stay.

Rooms with no heating, and it was very cold and rainy. The electricity was cut off for the whole day, we could not get out. And in the room, it was freezing. No generator.

Staff was nice

Very dirty room, mold in the shower and the towels smelled like puke. WiFi was very bad not even speaking of the wind coming trough the windows. The bed was also dirty. In the morning I got breakfast to go, it was the most terrible breakfast I ever had.

There was no linen in the room and we had to request the staff to provide. Lack of preparation and planning. There were no toiletries in the bathroom ( Dental Kit) Room had an unpleasant moisture smell because of the weather. We asked for the room freshener only to be provided a glass cleaner.

Good location. Good breakfast and dinner. The balcony was a nice place to hang out.

The room was damp and cold. We had to pay an additional £5 a night for a heater because the owner denied it was damp. The shower leaked everywhere as well as bugs in the bathroom. There was cups, teabags and coffee in the room but no kettle and a TV but no remotes. We were really disappointed with this place as the reviews were so good.

The staff were very nice and helpful with travel questions. The breakfast was really good and had much variety. The hotel was a short walk from the town centre, bus terminal and restaurants.

I had WiFi for about 20 minutes in 4 days. The kind staff brought a modem to my room but that didn't work either. But at least they tried. TV didn't work either - problems with aerial

Location was right in the middle of town, the room was big and the balcony overlooked Victoria Park. The staff were super friendly and there were lots of blankets for the cold night!
