バスターミナルとショッピングモールに近くロケーションは良い。
トイレとシャワーの仕切りが無く、お湯の出が悪かったり、洗面器配管から水が流れ出す等設備が良くないし、道路側の部屋は車の騒音が煩い。朝食も不味い。何よりも、カード払いができないので、海外から予約を確定するには、銀行送金する必要があり手間がかかる。最初の1泊はキャンセルされた。

The only thing I like is walking diatamce to SM, Session Road, Burnham Park and the Grotto and Cathedral. But walking around I saw other hotels nearby that looks cleaner and nicer even from outside. Unfortunately, I was not able to cancel my paid 3 days reservation.
Nasty! Floor in the room looks clean but the bathroom stinks . They need to clean the drainer. No hot water, it got warm for a few seconds only.The shower head got molds and so black makes me sick to my stomach. Bathroom floors and walls needs deep clean cleaning and disinfect it. I actually told the front desk.Sheets are so worn out and towels too. The whole place really needs deep cleaning and disinfecting.It’s old I get it! But if it’s clean and you can smell it is what matters!

Location. Very near the baguio center area.
It needs painting and refurbishing. Only one elevator that is also used as service elevator so waiting tine takes a while. Also, the bed covers, pillows looks dirty because of the grayish color.

the front staff smile is very good, and great location for walking around town.
The first room I was shown to was a dirty room that had not been cleaned.

The location is very near the commercial areas (i.e. session road, SM, bus terminal). The staff were also courteous when asked about something.
The hotel is quite old and the hotel features were not upgraded (i.e. bedsheets, towels need to retire). Although the internet shows it has a good signal, I ended up using my data as they could not resolve connecting my laptop & cellphone to their router. During my 5-day stay, there had been no cleaning schedule of the room and only collected the trash when I left it at my doorstep. Lastly, i think they are turning off the water supply at night as there are occasions where there is no water in the bathroom.

What I like most in this hotel is their PROMPTNESS in delivering/ answering request. House keepers are very helpful.
Front desk officers Clarisse & Janet are nice and acommodating.
Facilities needs a lot of improvement specially the leaking shower head and faucet. Linens & towels are too old (white to dirty white) Curtains needs repair. Hallway too dim and needs repainting.
Staff should be trained to smile when being approached by the client. They should also greet their clients as part of customer care.
Breakfast should include at least slices of cucumber or tomato to complete a healthy & balance meal. Main course should be paired with fried rice instead of steam rice. Add a variety of course to choose dont just limit it to... Hotdog, Bangus, Corned Beef & Langgonisa.
How about Tapa, Daing na Espada, Tinapa etc.
