mistook it as a hotel as an original intention. front desk staff ( the one who spoke mandarin) was patient and helpful. else there is literally nothing in the property. no F&B outlet too.

Amazing apartment sized space in a great location on Jeju! We were grateful to have enough space for our family (2 adults, 3 children 15, 12, 9). The location was great, lots of things to see and do nearby. The proximity to the beach was fantastic! Having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a real bonus for us, especially when we were hiking or swimming most days. We also liked having the electric kettle to make coffee and ramen.

It said that there would be plates, bowls, silverware, cookware, etc., available to use in the apartment, which was only partly true. There were only 3 or 4 plates, 3 bowls, and absolutely no silverware or kitchen ware available anywhere. Use the frying pan to make eggs? Have fun flipping the eggs because there was nothing to use. We ended up buying plastic spoons and forks from a local grocery store/Daiso to get by.

The housekeeping system where the apartment/suites will not be cleaned on a daily basis. It will be cleaned every three days.
