Helpful staff. Good location for conference centre, good quality and selection of food very good room. All was good. It was not exceptional but it was very good. The air conditioning worked very well if fact better than most hotels.

No complaints at all. It was good in all aspects.

Superb breakfast and buffet dinner.

Disappointed the bar was closed some evenings. Disappointed that the outdoor pool was not open until after we left.

Strange closing times throughout the day for the swimming pool and rules stated a cap must be wore at all times. Most people don’t travel with a swimming cap. Also thought a charge to use the sauna was odd. Don’t advertise yourself as a hotel with these facilities if it is an extra charge

Location was good. Close to restaurants and shops.

My room was at 27C (81F) and they did not have AC. I could not sleep because of it. Towels were very old and thin. You could see the wear on them (see picture). Check in process was slow and they initially assigned me a cheaper room than the one I paid for. I had to come back to the lobby to fix that.

실내 수영장이 2개 레인으로 너무 작지 않았고 깔끔하게 관리됌 (3월 이용), 창밖으로 보이는 센트럴파크 VIEW가 좋았음. 객실이 전체적으로 청결한편이었으나 욕실 욕조는 좀 낡아보임

We stayed here for 2 days as a stop over in South Korea before flying on. Altogether it turned out to be a great place to recover from the long distance flight, not least because of the beautiful swimming pool. Such a relief after many hours in a plane! As to the location, the hotel is a good compromise if you want to remain rather close to the airport but still be in an area where you can walk around and find a nice place in the evening for dinner. I loved the view from the huge windows onto the lake. We would come back for sure.
