Das Primrose Cottage wurde komplett renoviert, wobei das romantische Ambiente erhalten blieb, indem das Alte erfolgreich mit dem Neuen vermischt wurde.
Es verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer - 2 mit Queensize-Betten und 1 mit 2 Einzelbetten und 1 mit einem Kingsize-Einzelbett. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine gemütliche Lederlounge und einen 106-cm-Plasmafernseher, für den man sterben kann.

We first booked Primrose cottage 12mths ago, then we were asked to move to Nathan cottage I can't remember why, then we ended up at bluebell cottage because the people staying in Nathan wanted to spend another night which would have been our first night.
Bluebell cottage was the same configuration as the others I believe. It was disappointing being moved so many times to accommodate others to find that there was no air conditioner at the end of the house where the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were it was very hot!
Also, the tap over the kitchen sink leaked and the bathroom basin tap continually leaked.
I am sure this will be rectified after feedback as the property manager was very nice to speak with.
The property was very clean and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay.

Perfectly located walking distance to Albury town centre, this was very much a home away from home. It is spacious and comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The property is 15 minutes walk from the vibrant town centre which os great. Two large bedrooms with a queen bed and a small bedroom with tow single beds. An extra room with one single bed is not in the main house and doesnt have heating/cooling. The second bathroom is also outside the main house and not really useful in winter at least. There is a bbq but we couldn't find any utensils to use or stuff to clean it. We arrived at 10pm and it took 24hours for the house to warm up so it will be nice if they can turn on the heater on cold winter nights ehen they have a booking. Nonetheless it is a lovely cottage and we loved staying there. Thank you

Property was exactly what we were expecting. Warm and cosy and it comfortably housed everyone. Parking was easy and short nice walk down the street into the main street.

We’ve stayed at Primrose Cottage a number of times when visiting family in Albury/Wodonga. This time we had four generations holidaying together. The house is always welcoming. Clean, well equipped with everything you would need and centrally positioned, so ideal to walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. I’m sure we’ll be back again.

Primrose Cottage was just wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. It had off street parking which was great and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Albury. You won't be disappointed if you book this property.

Great location but house needs TLC
The location is great, easy access and walking distance to town. The house was disappointing. The heating doesn’t work and the house is cold.
The house needs a good deep clean.
The house, linen, wardrobes & furniture all smelt musty and like sweat.
The pillows need replacing and also smell like sweat.
The kitchen window doesn’t lock
Need at least 2 towels per person provided.
Lighting needs upgrading as does lot of globes which need replacing. The flooring is also very squeaky making it annoying. The main couch smelt like spew and is also very uncomfortable.

Met our needs thankyou. Previous visitors left cigarette odour inside and a few butts in lawn, and garbage bins full, but these were addressed by us (Christmas food odour and lawn pick up), and maintenance re garbage. Thanks

Very nice if you don't mind things not working
The second bathroom is the outdoor laundry. Heaps of stuff didn't work eg, outdoor light, indoor lights, coffee plungers, bar stools, fridge lights etc these are 1st world problems. But, when the power goes out and there is no hot water in the morning.....

Great house and location.
The owner definitely knows what makes the perfect stay. Great air conditioning, beds are perfectly comfortable. There was heaps of room and the yard was safe and secure. Only negative was some people from the pub noisily walking past the house Friday night. Other then that it really is the perfect house and location.

The property was lovely and close to the CBD. All ammenities that you need. Pet friendly but be wary that you will be watched.
I was quite upset and taken aback when I received a phone call from the owner on day one saying that our dog was inside because we had the back door open at one point - when she wasn’t.
We were there for a funeral for a family member and have family around the corner so we constantly took her out or was walking her or the door could’ve been open for a number of reasons i.e us feeding the dog etc. I was working from home a lot so I knew for a fact that our dog wasn’t inside.
This really affected our stay as we did the right thing from the get go. We were stressed everyday about people monitoring everything that we were doing - which we didn’t need in a time of grief.
Just be weary about the ‘pet friendly’ as you will be watched and I feel like it’s not as pet friendly as other properties we’ve stayed in Albury.
Other than a couple of missing lights including no lighting outside, everything else was great so thank you!

Fantastic accommodation option
This cottage is absolutely super. It is beautifully renovated, super comfortable and in a fantastic position. Only a block away from the main CBD, but on a quiet leafy street. It is the perfect place to stay for a holiday or conference. The rate is incredibly cheap for what you get!!!

Weekend stay
This was a great venue for 4 adults attending a training seminar in Albury on the weekend. Clean, easy to access and comfortable beds. Only a short walk from shops and the pub!
