Property is situated in a great location and also gave us the liberty to keep our luggages prior to our check in time.

La pulizia e la tranquillità

Positivo il posto pieno di supermercati, negozi , bar e ristoranti. Per non parlare delle due metro nelle vicinanze che ci hanno permesso di andare ovunque. Un posto ottimo, tranquillo bello davvero.

La struttura da fuori sembra molto bella, ma la nostra stanza per 4 persone talmente piccola che non riuscivamo neanche a passare se non in fila indiana. Un bagno minuscolo con un lavandino talmente piccolo che appena ti lavavi un po’ la faccia finiva l’acqua ovunque, la vasca pericolosissima che mentre uscivi con un piede l’altro scivolava e quindi abbiamo dovuto mettere delle asciugamani per fare da attrito , inoltre nel bagno non c’era una presa per l’ asciugacapelli non potevi appoggiare niente da nessuna parte. I letti poi, le lenzuola non sono state cambiate per 4 giorni , noi stufi le abbiamo tolte dal letto per far capire di doverle cambiare e abbiamo trovato un copriletto con chiazze di pipì. Finestra minuscola che affacciava in un muro. Per non parlare della colazione, poco varia tendente più al salato che al dolce , spesso i croissant non erano freschi, la macchina del caffè veramente indecente sembrava acqua sporca un espresso. Niente non so perché tutte queste recensioni positive, evidentemente queste persone non hanno visto di meglio.

We booked this hotel very last minute as we had a little disaster with our accomodation that we had previously booked in London and we are so happy we discovered this hotel as we will definetely be staying here again when we come to London. Firstly I had a little disaster with my SATNAV and was unable to find the hotel with my suitcase, back pack and my 7 year old son (the hotel however is in such easy reach of Bayswater Underground and Queensway underground but google maps spiralled out of control) I called the hotel and a lovely young lady behind reception gave us great directions over the phone and upon arrival she was so smiley and polite as were the breakfast staff in the morning. The rooms are small (we booked a standard double) but they are great for a stay in London where we are constantly on the go. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was so modern. My son was happy as there was a huge choice of Childrens channels on the TV. Such a lovely Victorian building with a scrumptious breakfast buffet. The breakfast area is also available for guests throughout the day and evening to eat their lunch or dinner use their laptops or make video calls. It really was a home away from home with the High St around a 5 minute walk away with a huge choice of restaurants, fast food chains and a Sainsburys local. Thank you to all of the staff at Bayswater Inn.

As I said the rooms were small however for London you only really sleep in your hotel. There is the breakfast area downstairs if you need more room to do anything.

La cercanía al transporte público

El personal de limpieza ni te respondía cuando dabas los buenos días. La ducha no tenía presión, la cafetera y hervidor estaban sucios por dentro y no pudimos usar los amenities por eso.

Personal sehr freundlich, es war kein Problem das wir über die Nacht bei ihnen das Insulin meiner Mutter in den Kühlschrank geben dürften, sie haben uns sogar dibkühlpacks für unterwegs eingefroren, Es wir darauf geschaut, das die Gäste in der Nacht ruhig sind. Die Lage ist super, kurzer Fußweg zur 2 ubahnststionen, zum hyde park. Supermarkt und lokale sind auf super zu fuss zum erreichen.

Die Betten könnten etwas breiter sein

The location is exceptional and lovely and quiet. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is good, and staff tend to be attentive and helpful.

The bathroom was in need of some repairs- the shower door was broken and had been replaced with a shower curtain which was quite mildewy... This was very gross and left an odd smell in the bathroom. Corners of the bathroom were not clean.
