Sinceramente, não gostei de nada.

As instalações antigas- restaurante, piscina; quartos; cheiro de mofo no banheiro. A jacuzzi dos bangalôs sujos;cheiro de cloro forte no caminho pra os quartos; Localização ruim, distante de tudo, mar bravo. Escolha hotel em ponta negra mesmo, vale mais a pena.

Air conditioning was loud and didn't work. The shower didn't work. The spa in front of the bungalow was cold. The internet was intermittent.

Terrible breakfast, tasteless dinner

I used to stay at Marsol a lot with my family. It was nice to go back because of the memories. I like the individual jacuzzis (although they should have warm water), the hammocks and the beautiful views. Good breakfast.

The hotel needs more maintenance. Many ants on the grass, all over the chairs.

The property gives an impression of "the glorious time are over and in the past". There is a clear lack of overall maintenance in the property. Going to outside area (where you can find a tennis table and kids area) give you a good view of how the property seems to be "left behind" by the managers and owners. During the breakfast, the employees were doing the best running around do restock the products and take the orders, but for example, the drinks were empty for more than 30 minutes until someone come there and refill the jars and my order came after 45 minutes. You could clearly see there was a lack of staff to handle everything.... I've been in this same property something around 10 years ago and come back now was quite disappointing comparing to my previous experience.

the first days we got a nice room BUT there were cockroaches . prefered the room near the pool without them and the room looked more clean and new then the ones in front of the beach
