The location was fantastic! It was very clean and well organized.

The only wheelchair ramp I could locate was at the far end of the building, with the elevator located in the center of the building! One of the living room chairs has issues, it wasn't very comfortable as most all the support in the seat was non-existent.

housekeeping needs to do better, there was dried shampoo or both on the shower wall, the shower curtains needs to be washed a lot more than they are, bed spread has make up on it.

The location is excellent. A quick walk to downtown Gatlinburg and a short drive to the national parks hiking trails. Unit is clean and well stocked.

The unit is clean, but the furnishings could use some updating. Some thing the owners cannot control, but the noise from the unit above us was pretty loud. So if you’re sensitive to noise or heavy walkers, maybe try a higher unit.

everything ! they had all the things you would need in the kitchen ! the rooms were so cute! I loved the balcony!

The mattress was old and didn't sleep well, the outlets in the rooms had shorts in them,the light in one of the bathrooms kept blinking, the air vent in one of the bathrooms was hanging out of the ceiling, the shower had hair in the drain.
