beautiful terrace to have breakfast, right next to the water, lovely apartments attached to the hotel, marvellous breakfast spread
nothing major really - they were a bit mean with the coffee pods and the pillows were a bit hard but that’s a personal thing

Comfortable, good size and layout of the apartment, well equipped kitchenette, super clean and well maintained. Polite, lovely and helpful staff, excellent English - kudos! The pool garden was a lovely oasis of palms and pines with comfy sunbeds around the pool, well placed to soak the sun up. We also enjoyed the hotel beach, comfy beds and fantastic views.Excellent restaurant and food variety of snacks and drinks at the beach terrace bar. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return again.
The outdoor pool was not heated and in early May was quite cold. The pool in the spa centre was also far too cold to relax in. The sauna and Turkish bath were not on all the time - one needs to ring reception to turn them on in advance. There were no convenient plugs beside the bed.

Location s fabulous, adjacent to the sea and on Pine Walk
The taxi transfer from the hotel to the airport was poor. My family travelled with two children in an old bus with no air conditioning and windows that would not open. Mid-day, middle of summer, not good. The transfer fee is expensive and I would expect much better service when paying this amount for the transfer. Illa d'Or - you need to do better....

The breakfast is OK
I've stayed in the so called apartments on the other side of the street. It is a tiny, small and uncomfortable apartment. I would say that it is a two star hotel for the price of a 5 stars (the bathroom is like an airplane bath).

The Hotel was excellent in every aspect from the first welcome to our goodbye. The staff were very professional and friendly, we new it was a good hotel and it still exceeded our expectations.
Breakfast on the Terrace was always a great experience.

The dinner menu and quality is excellent as is the service. With a varied menu which changes every day, it really became a daily highlight. The atmosphere and friendliness created by the staff is very noticeable and the happiness of the residents reflects this, most of whom are regular visitors.
There seemed to be a shortage of staff in some areas, particularly with the chambermaids who do not have sufficient time allocated to properly service each room. The provision of soap and towels is very restricted suggesting that financial constraints are being imposed during a difficult recovery period following the Covid pandemic.

The hotel exudes charm, history and indulgence, beautiful furnishings and the wonderful seaside terrace added to the sense of calm and relaxation
We were initially disappointed with our room - 119 - we don't think this should be priced the same as the others on the front , due to the very small corner balcony with no bed! However when asked if we could move this was facilitated the next day to 118 which was much better.
The only issue with this room was that the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom and we had to ask 3 times to get a shower mat due to the slippery tray.

The buffet breakfast was superb, the best of all our stays in Mallorca, Javier who welcomes you at breakfast is really friendly. The staff at the bar and restaurant were really nice, particularly Rosa who looked after us well for both our dinners in the terrace restaurant. It is a very relaxing hotel in a beautiful location, it is lovely to sit on the terrace for a sunset drink followed by dinner on the water with excellent evening entertainment including live music and dancing.
It is missing little touches that would make it a 10/10. For example they don’t give you any complimentary water in the rooms, which I find bizarre in a hot country. Every other hotel we stayed in on the island gave us a complimentary welcome drink. The reception staff were a bit cold and the concierge didn’t help bring our bags either to or from the car or to the room.

Food was good, including breakfast. Location of hotel first class
Room ridiculously small for an upmarket hotel, and the room was far too warm. The air conditioning - we were told the temperature setting is being restricted by the Spanish Government - meant we couldn't sleep. To pay a lot of money and not be able to sleep is unacceptable. If this IS the policy you will lose tourists. The quality of the air conditioning alone will stop us returning, whatever the reason behind it is.

Price very high . Half board was for indoor reataurant but we wanted to eat in the restaurant in the outdoor Terrace which we managed to do but had to pay for so didn’t use our half board .

Idyllic setting. Great decor, comfortable bed, large shower, stylish reception area, great bar, pool, terrace, restaurant and breakfasts. Friendly, professional and helpful staff.
We stayed for our wedding anniversary and were really touched to have flowers and Cava in our room on arrival.
Our room was small, but had stunning views and 3night stay though so not a problem.
