Friendly staf and clean room

When reserving on booking.com, it gave us the option to select a double bed, which we did. Then by email we hot the confirmation from booking.com that the room was booked and the hotel had accepted our request. When we arrived we had 2 single beds and were told we had to make a special request to get the double bed (even if we did through booking) Also the AC was not working and it kept providing hot air instead, we could not turn it off and had to open the windows.

Everything was fabulous = staff /location/ breakfast except for overcharge by booking ,com and poor response to query - ruined a very special event for us ? I would respectfully ask booking .com to issue 3*40 = 120 credit to my booking .com account . Details are all on the booking as you were contacted repeatedly at the time. The real crux of the matter is that your system could not handle the triple room booking so when it had to be changed by 1 day you treated it as a new booking rather than a change to an origial booking --

very inadequate response from booking .com to clear incorrect overcharge . I booked for a special celebration of 9 friends to Mallorca all booked together by me 3 double rooms ( 3 nights) + 1 tripleroom for 2 nights The triple room was initally booked for 3 nights but soon amended to 2 nights -booking .com software could not amend / handle the change to triple room. In the end the 3 people who stayed 2 nights were charged more than what their confirmed booking cost for 3 nights - The issue ruined our 2nd evening and the following morning in trying and failing to get a resolution ( between hotel and booking .com) .I have been customer of booking ,com for many years and was very disappointed at their handling of the matter. They should issue a credit note / refund for overcharges approx 40 each for 3 people , the issue could still be resolved .

The location is excellent, right on the beach. The breakfast is very good and bedroom a good size.

We couldnt find out if our sea view room had a balcony or not until check in and sadly didnt find the staff very helpful and friendly with questions we had in advance or at check in. We also had some issues with the lights flickering but this was resolved the same day. The shower wasnt very powerful.

A little dissapointed I've informed the hotel one month ago about our wedding anniversary but no little attention, no romantic decoration, the room was one with no view, the room was next the elevator so you Can hear everything and not a double bed but two single bed ... But everything next was okay i still recommend the place.

Hotel Bahia is in a perfect position on the Pine Walk. It’s a small hotel with lovely staff.

This was our 2nd stay in this hotel, we returned as we like it so much. The only problem was we chose a room with a sea view and balcony, the same as before, but the room was very small this time with too much furniture in so a tight squeeze to move around. we still enjoyed it and would return.

The Bahia enjoys a perfect spot on the Pollenca bay. It is special.

Folks, your guests would love a little more attentiveness, I’m certain.

Excellent location with the beach a couple of metres away.Plenty of choice for breakfast.The staff as always were attentive and efficient and lovely to see some that have been here for over 10 years.Sofia on reception is extremely helpful!

Nothing to dislike really-the lift was out of order when we were there but probably more time needed to repair.A little bit disappointed with our one evening meal but I should know by now to order fish-that is the Bahia’s forte.

The location, the old world atmosphere of the lobby, the staff, the breakfast, the outdoor seating (patio and deck tables)

The design of the room. Both the choices of materials and the workmanship were poor. Details matter and they missed the mark in many of them (closet design and installation, bathroom sink so shallow it was nearly useless, curtains hung sloppily, refrigerator cabinet installation not level, etc.)

The location was perfect all of the personell met us with pleasant smile and tried to perform or answer whatever we asked for.

Because of the very nice ouside area in front of the hotell we decided when we booked that we didn't need to have a balcony. We planned to sit in the front of the hotell, having a drink before going out and after leaving to the hotell in the evening. However, they had this stupid policy that nobody could sit outside the hotell after a certain hour (i believe it was 6 PM) without having dinner. There were not even a few places where guests could sit and have a drink. I asked for that possibility. They just told be it was order from their boss. The same happened if we came back not extremely late. This behavior/rule against their own guest are for me completely unacceptable. Now when I know this is a NOGO for me. I would never have booked this hotell if I knew about this strange and unacceptable policy. The personell was very welcoming when asking them about different stuff, but they didn't always follow up. I told them about a sink that in our room that was almost clogged, They said they would off course fix it the same day. Many days after when we left nothing was done about that. When we asked them to at least put away one table for own guests to have a drink in the early evening they told us they couldn't because the boss said so. Strange boss that didn't want to treat his guests acceptable :-(
