This property’s appliances are all new. The house is light-filled with brand new shades. It is conveniently located to restaurants, groceries, and entertainment. The view from the balcony is outstanding. Juan, the host, is most accommodating and easy to communicate with. I recommend this property to all comers. 5 stars!

We returned to Juan's condo July 2022 and again very much enjoyed our time there. Juan is very responsive to any need that arises, the condo is very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. We loved having our boat outside our door, going snorkeling, and dining at the nearby restaurants. Hope to return again!

My best winter
Juan was very accommodating. The unit is beautiful and the decks are wonderful. There are several decks which come in very handy. Vaulted living room ceiling provides spacious feel. Will come next year as well

Amazing Stay
I worked remotely from Juan's condo for a month and it was a very enjoyable experience. The apartment location is great! We enjoyed walking up and down all of the nearby canals after a long day of work. It is in a safe neighborhood around many local (and delicious!) restaurants. We had a car, but we loved that we could just walk to many places. The condo is spacious and was equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The condo community is kept up very neat! We loved going to the pool on the weekends to cool off and became friends with some of the others in the community. Juan is a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay and will be back in the future!

Beautiful apartment and attentive host
The apartment is beautiful. The location is great. During our stay the others guests and residents were very friendly. There was a slight mix up with housekeeping upon our arrival, but Juan dealt with it immediately and allowed us a late checkout as compensation. There are a few minor maintenance issues that should be dealt with, but nothing that would hamper you and your guest from having a wonderful stay. I can highly recommend this apartment and as well would certainly recommend Juan as a host if he has other properties.

we (2 couples) enjoyed our stay very much, the appartement is really nice, comfortable bedrooms, we loved having our breakfast on the large balcony.
brilliant place to start some tours in the keys ( wed did a snorkling tour in key largo and went to key west for a day trip).
Juan is a great host, communication was excellent.

Wonderful Views
We spent time enjoying the view of the canal and listening to music every evening on the deck !
The condo is close to several restaurants and bars . We really enjoyed kayaking at John Pennekamp State Park .
My husband and son dove the Christ of the Abyss and a wreck with rainbow divers! After long busy days we where very pleased with the comfortable beds .

Awesome Stay
Our friends and family have been staying in Key Largo for 3-decades. This home is perfectly maintained. It is clean. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. The location is awesome. Access to the ocean, if you have a boat, is great. The slips at the facility offer fresh water, fish cleaning tables, and the opportunity for camaraderie with others on the property. Everyone is friendly in this family-oriented environment. The amenities on the property (pool, hot tub, grills) are icing on the cake. My only suggestion is that you stay on top of the management company if you need a slip. The slips are managed separately from the listing. We had some challenges but everything worked out. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was beautiful and the location was excellent! We truly enjoyed our experience here! Juan was very responsive when we had an issue with our lock. He had someone take care of it immediately, which was fantastic. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wanted to spend a vacation in the Keys!

Great for boaters
Lovely, spacious condo. We were two couples traveling together and it worked well for us. Comfortable beds, big balcony. Being able to rent a boat slip nearby was the main reason we chose this condo. We had to use a ramp several miles away at Harry Harris Park, but once we put the boat in the water, we we able to keep it in the canal right behind the condo. The run out to the beautiful snorkeling reefs was easy from this location. There are two restaurant/bars within walking distance, and lots of shops and restaurants within a short drive. Loved our week in Key Largo!

We loved this property. Cute and well sized and well appointed. I am a scuba diver- there is a dive shop 400 feet from the property. Two restaurants 400 feet away. Great location on the island. We almost forgot to use the pool and hot tube- but we did squuze in a soak one evening.

A comfortable, well equipped apartment with two-floor walk-up, in a convenient Key Largo location, near to all amenities. Prior housekeeping not up to scratch (pots and and pan needed rewashing, main bedroom sheet slightly torn, trash-bin not cleared), but otherwise a pleasant stay.

Our stay at Port Lagos Villa was truly wonderful. Our rental unit was clean and nicely decorated. The pool was an added welcome. Given the opportunity, we would definitely comeback.

We enjoyed every minute of this vacation. The condo is in a private community close to everything. You can stay at the condo and relax on your deck or walk a short distance to the pool. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The outside deck was especially nice. Many evenings bands from the local restaurants were heard playing from the deck. There are restaurants and marina in close walking distance from the condo. Also, there is lots to do in and around Key Largo. We drove up and down US 1 and were able to experience the keys. We visited different beaches, state parks, off shore fishing, day trip to Key West and another north to the Everglades. We enjoyed our stay in this cottage and can't wait to return.

The property was a perfect home base for our Key Largo trip. Easy access, very close to dining/drinks, and a wonderful balcony. Would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I and another couple visited for the long Thanks Giving weekend and had a great time. The property is very tastefully decorated and was walking distance to our favorite pub and restaurant Sharkeys. Jaun the owner was always available by phone on very helpful. We are only disappointed that we did not find this place in the paste when we wasted our money on the Key Largo big name hotels. We are already planning another visit. Thanks Juan.

Loved the wrap around porch. We spent the evenings enjoying the live music from our porch. Beds where very comfy and if you like to cook the kitchen is well appointed. But why cook when Skippers is just across the street. Our scuba divers where able to walk to the docks.

This beautiful condo was perfect for our dive trip to Key Largo. It was minutes from the dive boats and good eats. The condo is spacious with beautiful decks all around. We had everything we needed. Juan was helpful before the trip with clear instructions. We would stay here again. Just one thing, if stairs are an issue: there are quite a few stairs up to this 2nd story condo, one extra flight because the building is on stilts.

Unit was amazing. Wonderful really! Pics actually didn't do this place justice. Everything you could possibly need. Space for plenty of people (though it was just 2 of us).
Property also was nicer than the pics. Very nice pool area with gazebo, grills, hot tub. All units face the canal/boat slip, which is peaceful and lovely.
Several restaurants right across the street which was super convenient. Close enough to local beaches, yet far enough off "main road" to be secluded.
Spent 90% of the time sitting out on the amazing wrap around balcony, which has lovely seating areas (3 separate ones!). Also there is a ceiling fan over the central (larger) seating area on the balcony, excellent idea, and helped to keep the bugs at bay.
Would be easy to accommodate a larger group in this spacious unit. I would definitely consider returning to this rental in the future.

This condo was in a great location, convenient to snorkeking/dive boats and restaurants. We found it be very clean and comfortable and plenty roomy for 4 adults. The kitchen was well equipped to make our stay very pleasant and especially enjoyed the wrap around balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The grounds were well maintained with a nice pool and there was ample parking near the unit. We would definitely choose this condo for future visits.

We had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. Location is close to beautiful restaurants right on the bay to watch the sunset. Be advised it is a third floor walkup, no problem if you are in good health, but may be a problem for young children or seniors.
