We stayed at this cute little house with our dog for a wedding taking place at the Silverado Resort. The house was conveniently located near downtown Napa as well as the Silverado. There was a little park nearby that we walked our dog to everyday, and the neighborhood was lovely. The house was a perfect size for us and we enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect for our getaway with friends. Two couples stayed very comfortably in this home (we don't mind sharing a bathroom). The location was perfect. It is very close to town and Uber didn't have any trouble finding it when we went on a Wine Tasting adventure. The house was equipped with everything we needed! Extra pillows, towels, blankets and coffee cups!!!(because who wants to do dishes every day LOL). The beds were very comfortable. We loved the patio area and sat there every night (with a bottle of wine of course). The only recommendation we had was it would have been nice to have a fan in the bedrooms. We really didn't need the a/c but some air movement would have been nice. But other than that we have absolutely no complaints and we will be back!!!

We were in the area for a wedding and decided to spend a few days in Napa. The house was warm and cozy just like it was said in the property detail. The outside was the place to spend your time in the wonderful weather. Easy walk to downtown Napa. Belinda was wonderful and very accommodating. My only complaint was we only had a few days and had to leave. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Our stay here was wonderful! My family and I decided to go to Napa for Christmas, and the house was everything we could have wanted. The location is amazing, just a short 5 min walk to downtown Napa. The neighborhood is really charming and quiet. The house was perfect. Really was one of the best holidays we have had. Would 1000% book again!

Our group of four ladies came out for a girls trip. The house is perfectly located- easily walkable to downtown within minutes but just outside the commercial area so quiet at night. We enjoyed the hot tub and the beds were comfy. Theresa was very responsive to all our outreach. It was a big snug for 4 guests. I would stick to a max of 3 for comfort

The house was wonderful. Easy to access and easy to find. We didn’t use the hot tub, as our weekend was packed full. Comfortable beds, though the pull out couch could definitely be replaced (the legs were broken and the mattress not comfortable). It’s an adorable little Napa home that worked well for our weekend away. Would recommend this home for a stay in Napa. Very walkable to the Oxbow Public Market and downtown Napa as well.

The Napa Yellowhouse was perfect for our long weekend in Napa. It was just a 5 minute walk from Oxbow market and all the bars/tasting rooms/restaurants we wanted to visit in town.
Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My sister and I booked a last minute trip to Napa and this cottage was perfect. It's got everything you need including newer appliances and comfortable beds. The street isn't the quietest and the garbage trucks come by (over and over) early. We weren't trying to sleep in so it was fine. Just something to know ahead of time. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to stay here again. We loved it.

Cute, cozy and working walking distance of Oxbow Market which was great after a long day of wine tastings. Jacuzzi looked great but unfortunately ran out of time each day so didn’t get to use it. Well stocked with plenty of towels, pillows, washer and dryer.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect - we walked to downtown Napa every night and frequented the Oxbow Market which was only an 8 minute walk. The house itself had everything we needed and then some - Brita in the fridge was a great touch! We ate breakfast outside in the mornings and enjoyed the living room. Good communicatin when needed too! Would definitely stay again.

This location is perfect! It’s a short walk to downtown. The cottage is in a quiet neighborhood. The bed was really comfy and the shower pressure was amazing! We also enjoyed the kitchen (well stocked) and hot tub. Thanks for a lovely stay!

This is a jewel of a location
It is a small house with older charm but it's way better than a hotel. Quiet neighborhood, charcoal grill with patio and a great hot tub! I think we found our quarterly location when we come to Napa and Sonoma.

The beds were soft and comfortable, nice pillows. The patio was lovely, could have been more inviting with brushing off the leaves and organizing the chairs in a less chaotic manor/sweeping away spider webs. There was a small pile of trash on the side table when we checked in but was no problem to clean up. Everything else was great. Would stay here again. Loved the location. Hot tub was nice. Lid was a little difficult to manage.

What a lovely charming house worked out perfectly to stay for 4 ladies while wine tasting. Hot tub is a plus ! The king size bed and front room couch pullout was comfy queen size bed reported as not as comfy but ok for 1 person, also Not really in that close of walking distance to the market. Overall very clean and updated . Would definitely stay here again.

Spent 3 days in Napa wine tasting and this was a great spot to start from daily. Very close to some great dining and shopping. House was comfortable and exactly what we were hoping. The weather could’ve cooperated a little bit but all in all a great trip!

My wife was hospitalized for surgery and we only were able to use four of our nine nights.
The owner refused a refund or a credit for a future stay...As this was my first VRBO rental, I did not buy the cancellation insurance.
Even United Airlines was accommodating enough to offer a flight credit.
Find another rental home...the property is old, small and only has one grounded outlet for computers and electronics.

The Yellow House was an excellent place to stay in Napa. You’re able to be close to a lot of things but not actually in downtown. It was quiet, and the hot tub is terrific! It was a good size for four adults. Overall, a great weekend choice!

Overall it worked for our visit but it felt like it needs some tlc. Living room furniture was very uncomfortable. Plumbing may need some work. Every faucet dripped and looks like washing machine is draining on the wall outside. Beds were rather soft but they slept fine. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels provided. Not enough kitchen utensils and spices appeared very old. Not as close to downtown as we thought.

The property is exactly as described, very quiet and private. Very close to the Oxbow and downtown Napa - perfect location! Perfect place to stay with friends for a wine tasting weekend. Our hosts were great and gave lots of great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The hot tub was so nice and we also loved the DVD movie options! We hope to be back one day.

The house was perfect for two people. Very cute. Bedding was very comfortable. Location was excellent - less than 10 minute to downtown Napa. Had breakfast at the oxbow market everyday. The neighborhood is super great.
