La ubicación es magnífica en el centro de la ciudad, tienes supermercado y farmacia cerca. Además la atención con Luigi fue magnífico y super amable.La casa tiene utensilios para cocinar. La nevera es un poco vieja pero en fría que es importante. Casi siempre aparcamos al frente de la vivienda, si no tienes cerca para aparcar.

La casa necesita un poco más de cuidado, en nuestro caso el baño estaba sucio, la cortina, paredes, lavabo se veía sucio, incluso tuvimos que comprar un producto para limpiar un poco porque nos daba un poco de asquito, los sofás le ponen una manta pero se nota que no está limpio. En la cocina el horno y paredes estaban sucias así que no lo utilizamos. La casa es muy calurosa, así que tenían un ventilador que para nuestra sorpresa estaba super sucio que tuvimos que limpiarlo nosotros para no morirnos de calor. Si le dedican más atención a la limpieza sería una buena opción de apartamento. Todo esto lo hablamos con Luigi y le enviamos fotos, el amablemente nos comentó que teníamos que haberle comentado estás cosas cuando llegamos, lo cuál no hicimos, pero si mejoran la limpieza de la vivienda y la ventilan un poco sería una buena opción para quedarse.

Apartamento con todas las comodidades, bien ubicado, fácil aparcamiento, utensilios para cocinar, cafetera, etc. Muy recomendable.

Plašs dzīvoklis, ļoti ērta nokļūšana ar mašīnu, ko parasti atstājām tuvējās ielās. Ļoti ērts check-in - atslēgas kastītē. Laba komunikācija ar īpašnieku. Mājā ir lifts, ar bērniem tas bija ērti. Virtuvē daudz garšvielu un eļļa, kas noderēja ēdiena gatavošanā. Vannas istabā daudz mazgāšanās līdzekļu.

Pietrūkst mazs katls, kurā uzvārīt putru. Pietrūkst vīna glāzes - bija tikai viena. Dušā diezgan ilgi jāgaida siltais ūdens, bet kad sagaida, tad spiediens labs. Ļoti mazs TV. Noderētu dienas aizkari, lai saglabātu lielāku konfidencialitāti no pretējās mājas.

It was like home

Bathroom ventilation turned on with lights and it was annoing

Arrived on a lively saturday night, followed by a very quite sunday (LIKE IN NORWAY SOME 50 YEARS AGO). No tourists around (expt. us). Close to everything in Arrecife, only 450 meters to the Guaguas. We like to bus and walk and bus. Very good bed, spacious and well-equipped, large apartment in a part of town we do not visit to often. Knobs to hang our belongings, which you rarely find these days. Luckily the terrace is two floors up, on the roof. Very nice in the "African" nights that occured. Should rather have stayed ten nights, but just five available, still, luckily, exactely what we needed.

Bring your "Maglite Linterna", difficult to set the code in the dark. (We luckily had our available). High threshold from the street, also a high bath-tub and not much to grab at.

Very comfortable. Coffee teas soaps etc all in place.

It is a very homey and cozy place set in a good location close to bus stations and supermarket. The apartment has everything you need, from cutlery to cleaning products. The hosts were very friendly and accomodated our needs.

We saw a BBQ on the terrace in the picture and the facilities list included one, but there wasn't one.
