My family and I have been coming to Dewey for the last couple years. We used to go to Ocean City. We love Dewey so much more. Staying at this condo was perfect for my family. It was clean and the perfect size. Loved it, and we’ll be back!!!

We came into town for a few nights to have some fun around Dewey. The place was as advertised and the communication was great. The location was perfect and I would certainly look to stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay at this condo! It was spacious and clean and the PERFECT location. The host was easy to get in touch with prior to our trip and left us very thorough info which was easy to reference whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family (2 parents, 2 grandparents, 1 toddler) all had a great stay, one block to the beach, a playground at the end of the street. Very walkable and easy trolley ride or short bike ride/drive to Rehoboth beach boardwalk. Clean, plenty of room, and easy to respect the rules.

Renting this condo for the weekend while attending a NASCAR race a few miles up the road was perfect! The communication with Kara & Eric was excellent and securing the rental was easy and painless. Instructions were well communicated and the unit was great. It was right across from the beach in a very safe area. There were many food and shopping options within walking distance. It was well decorated and well stocked with everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this unit.

Keira was great to work with. I called her with a question upon check in and she was happy to help. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for 2 couples. The place was clean, everything was in working order, and the beds were comfy. It was in a central location and walking distance to everything. We would rent again in the future! Thank you.

The condo was very clean, well maintained, spacious and well stocked. Location was excellent…walk to beach, restaurants, playground, night life plus convenience store. It overlooks the pool. Parking provided (two spaces), elevator available. Stay included two adult couples and a 4 year old child. Both bedrooms have a queen bed and guest room had a convertible chair/bed which was perfect for a child. Communication with the owner was great also!

Nice condo
This is a nice two bedroom condo. The pool was great alternative to the beach. A fully stocked kitchen was nice to have too. It is across the main street from the beach, but there is crosswalk with a button to activate flashing lights. We would come back here!

Great updated condo with open floor plan. All the amenities were provided by the Host. Really key that the condo had 2 full bathrooms. Location was perfect for walking to the beach, sound and local restaurants.

Very relaxing
The condo was beautiful and very accommodating. The location was everything. A very short walk to the beach and minutes from the outlets. The people were very friendly everywhere from the beach to the outlets. I will come again off season because I love the serenity of a not so crowded beach.

Our second time staying at Keira’s property. It’s a perfect location for being close to Rehobeth at a reasonable price. We were able to bike all over, which was our main goal. Clean and very quiet. Across the street from Dewey Beach. Thanks Keira!

The condo was just as advertised ... clean and bright. There were some provisions already there. Location was excellent. Right off the main road but quiet. One block to the beach and one block to the bay. Very convenient to stores and restaurants. Would definitely rent this place again.

You do have to cross a major street, but the crosswalk is adjacent to the building. The pictures were an accurate representation of the place.
We had a little mix-up with the condo not being cleaned before our arrival, but the property owner reached out to me before I'd had a chance to contact her and refunded the cleaning fee along with a little extra for our trouble. We wish it hadn't happened, but the owner handled it in the best way possible.
Our biggest complaint was that we spent a lot of time packing paper products, towels, and linens only to find that the condo was already well stocked! We used the linens we'd brought, but nothing else. Kind of a shame since we drove in a small car with four adults and the unused items took up a ton of room. Additionally, some minor things should be fixed (noisy belt on the dryer, doors in front of the laundry won't close), but the condo was otherwise in good condition.

We loved the property at the Opal. We stayed with 4 adults and 1 baby. Our family members rented separate units, and we also had more than enough room for them to come visit and eat dinner. Great functional kitchen & living space. Nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Easy access to the beach (1.5 ish blocks) and beautiful private pool !!!

No ocean view but the view inside was wonderful
I felt like the owners were perhaps kindred spirits, there were so many furniture items similar to my summer home. It was my first time at Dewey and I loved both the beach and the bay. Found great places to eat and of course--the outlets. This was my segue into the "real" world post Covid and it was a great place and way to transition.
