This house is amazing. So beautiful. We had 16 people and everyone had a bed. Kitchen was fully stocked and everything was so clean. They had all new sheets and blankets for trundle beds and pull out couch. The media room so so cool. The house is so big so even tho we had 16 we didn’t feel cramped at all. Very easy and short walk to beach. Couldn’t have as for a better house. 10/10 recommend

This home was in a great location. Far enough out that you had space on the beach but close enough to be convenient to shopping and activities. Our family loved the large kitchen, dining and family areas including the porch. Everyone was able to find fun to be had and relax! We were also able to have groceries and other items delivered by Walmart which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

The place was beautiful. Perfect for everyone with us. Plenty of room and if you needed a little time to yourself you could go to you room and regroup. The views are gorgeous and to sit out on the big porch and have breakfast or a drink after a busy day was the perfect start or end of your day.

We had the most amazing time. The house is beautiful and the views are a dream. From watching the dolphins on the porches to having family game night at the huge table. We made some unforgettable memories.

Very spacious home, with unobstructed ocean views. Photos and description of the home were all spot on, IMO. Lots of room to roam and claim on the beach, right in front of the home. Loved all the decks overlooking the ocean too. We finally had a dining room table large enough to seat all of our family together, even the kids! The gourmet kitchen was well equipped and stocked with pots, pans, dishes, tableware, etc. The property manager was very helpful and prompt via the VRBO messaging center. Overall, a truly great experience. We made lasting family memories at this awesome beach house.

We checked in Saturday and left Friday morning. The location is breathtaking! The size and layout of the house worked perfectly for the size and age ranges within our group. Unfortunately, the linens were not clean; all 5 garage cans were full when we arrived (Saturday evening) and were not emptied until the Thursday before we left (despite multiple calls to the property manager). The dampness of the carpet really made the hallways smell moldy.

Our stay was nothing but outstanding! The house and location were exactly as described. We had one issue with people trespassing, which Gulf Sands addressed very quickly.

When we arrived a stranger was showering in the outdoor shower. Said she does it all the time.
Property was not thoroughly cleaned. ( property is too big to clean in 4 hours) ex. under media chairs was food.
Hanging chairs on balcony are rusted and fall over when you sit on them.
Needs updated and small things fixed. Kitchen drawers were jammed and wouldn’t open. Faucet ran constantly. Wallpaper falling off and ripped up. And more
It’s a stunning location and breathtaking view. We had a small wedding there and it was a beautiful setting.

Only problems were:
Not everyone gets a washcloth
And only one dish towel to accommodate such a large group of people. Also the window in the upstairs bathroom doesn’t close properly.

Absolutely Amazing
Could not have picked a better place. It was roomy and airy. There were 17 family members and enough room for everyone. My husband has mobility issues so we had problems getting him up and down so an elevator would have been a plus but.......overall we had a ball. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had a phenomenal stay at this property. The house was everything you would need for an exceptional family vacation. You are literally steps away from a beautiful private beach area for all ages to enjoy. The house layout is very spacious with for our group of 9. The rooms all have a beautiful balcony with very large bedrooms and bathrooms. The downstairs living space is perfect for hanging out and dancing to music with the wireless Bluetooth speaker. Not to mention the beautiful large front porch that is perfect for relaxing in the morning and afternoon. Overall, we had an amazing stay and it’s just what we needed to unwind and escape away from everyday life. 10/10 recommend this property.

Great family house and location!
We had an incredible time at this property. Kids enjoyed the large upstairs space and us adults had the 2 rooms downstairs. Refrigerator, ovens, dishwashers and all appliances worked great and at a large capacity. The view of the beach was wonderful and the walk to the beach was perfect. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again sometime! Thank you for sharing this gem with our friends and family.

better than it shows in pictures
The location by land. and water was perfect. Short walk to the beach. The insides was bigger than the pictures showed and the media room was great especially for the teenagers. Kitchen was great except for the oven that was broke, and 1 of the dishwashers did not work( which we found out the hard way), everything else was good. Loved the ice maker. Would love to get the whole family together again, would go back there.

Great property!
This vacation home is wonderful! Just a few steps from the water! The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were even better! We had an issue with the AC and it was fixed almost immediately! Wonderful property and area, I can't wait to go back?

Great big house
This was a very large house which comfortably accommodated 8 adults and 3 children. The property needs updating and we had trouble with the downstairs air conditioning a number of times during the stay. The beach access was great!

Location Location Location
We could not have loved the location any more! It is literally on the beach.
The size of the home and number of spaces in the home could not have suited our needs any better.
The decor was outdated. The finishes (wallpaper, paint, trim, bathroom fixtures) need a definite update.
While the home was orderly, it was not clean...lots of dust on all surfaces, spider webs, finger prints...not pristine by any means.
I expect near perfection when a home is used as a rental business.
We got over those things when we saw the views, and only had to walk out the back Dior to be on the beautiful beach.

Family vacation 2019
Short and sweet the place is legit. Every room was nice. The master was great and my mother loved having it. There was plenty of space so my family never really got on each others nerves. The bunk bed rooms were smaller for sure but they were serviceable and did the trick for the kids and a adult family members that came solo. With everything going on with Covid I really wish I was back there now. We made full use of the theater room. Fell asleep on the reclining couch more than once at night after a long day at the beach and a few stiff cocktails. Overall a great house. Given similar circumstances I would stay there again without question.

Great Big Beach House!!
This house was perfect for our group! We had 6 parents and 7 teenage boys with us and had a great time. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and very functional. We loved that the 4 Master Suites were all beach front with their own balconies! The theater room was bonus, as was the easy access to the quiet stretch of beach. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was hard to leave!

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!
What a great location for relaxing at the beach. Just steps away from the ocean, lots of areas to enjoy the view from the house. Kitchen was amazing, bedrooms aplenty, relaxation seating spacious. Just a great house, far enough away from the crowds, but close enough to make a quick trip in. The bowl games on the 80" TV were awesome!!! Sic em Bears!

Big house on West Beach....
As previous tenants have reported, the decor is a little dated but the size and location of the house more than make up for that. (My wife and I are little dated also.) We had all 9 of our kids and grand kids with us and had more than enough room. Will definitely consider again in the future.....

Very comfortable for our 11 family members. Décor was a little dated, Beds were too hard. Common area could have been roomier with more seating. Beach access was great and very private. Would definitely recommend it and use it again

Wonderful Beach House
This beach house was truly amazing! We loved the four master bedroom suites with their own private bathrooms and the other two bedrooms were perfect for our little ones. The beach was not crowded at all and we had plenty of room between the other homes on the beach. All that was missing was a hot tub and pool but hey, for this kind of house, it was well worth it. Great beach house and i would recommend it to anyone considering taking a large family to Gulf Shores. #greatvacationspot!

The Blue Atlantis is the most family friendly house I’ve ever stayed in. The large bedrooms and great media room were just perfect. A great kitchen made it even better. We will be back!

Great stay at Blue Atlantis
Blue Atlantis was perfect for our family beach vacation with kids and grandkids. Plenty of room to spread out and great dining area for family meals, along with media room for night time movies. Close to all the shops and restaurants, but far enough for privacy and relaxing.

Wonderful place for a group
Our 'Red Hat' group has stayed at the Blue Atlantis several years. We seem to think it is our home on the beach. It's location, size and space make it a wonderful place for a group to gather. This year, we asked the management of Gulf Sands Realty if they could find somebody to help us unload our things. They were able to locate a nice young man to help us…. and he was wonderful. Saved us lots of work and strain (we aren't as young as we used to be!) We appreciate management being so attentive and accommodating to us. And our hats (red that is) are off to the nice young man that was so helpful. Thank all of you.

Gulf Shores 2015-Beautiful home, great location!
We stayed at this home in August 2015 for our 2nd annual Gulf Shores Vacation. This home is so beautiful. The kitchen area and living room held all 15 of us every morning for coffee and breakfast. This home was roomy enough for 8 adults and 7 children. The entire upstairs media room kept all the kids busy and in one place. The deck is gorgeous and the view is to die for. The house was so clean when we arrived, kudos to the cleaning crew. The rental company is very friendly and helpful. Gulf shores is our new favorite place to vacation. You can not beat the blue waters of the gulf and the white sand beaches. We rented again for next year and can't wait!!!!

Great possibilities but falls a bit short
Great location, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms, and nice deck. That being said, not worth the money in my opinion due to the lack/quality of amenities. Coffee maker didn't work so we just bought a new one rather than call the agency and wait around for a replacement. The kitchenware was limited with only one dish towel provided and no pantry goods of any kind (ie. spices, non-stick spray, Kleenex tissue) which many rentals keep on hand. Knobs on cabinet doors and drawers were loose or off.
There were some beach chairs in the storage locker but they were either broken or rusted so why not throw them away? The bathrooms were clean but the bedspreads needed a cleaning. Various walls were scuffed and in need of paint. This house could be something special with a little more care and maintenance.
