need better communication. does need some maintenance update but overall it is more than perfect for a solo business traveler

The security was always coming to us telling us we making noise although we were watching a movie...He looked like someone who wants to be bribed but we didn't give him a chance...

the check in was shocking and the communication re WiFi etc very bad

The location was close to shops and all amenities.

The apartment was on the top floor and close to everything i wanted for my stay.

The view was beautiful. Reception staff very friendly. Parking on site very good. Security very good. Well equipped.

The broom, the very dirty mop, bucket ,old lampshades old scatter cushions are all stored in the clothes cupboard. The microwave is very high for a normal person to use. Most of the crockery was chipped. Bedside lamps were broken and no tv chanels only netflix. To get into the property is quite a challenge, (having to pick up the keys at a different location ) . There was no plug for the kitchen sink. The bathroom has no hook to hang even a small towel and the shower floor is very high a tall person has to stoop to get under the shower head. There are cocroaches. The place needs some personal attention.

The flat was really cleaned. Propr communication was good and helpful. We felt in security inside. You have to go in another location to get the keys but hopefully we met the Propr guy inside the building who kindly gave them to us.

The flat is way smaller than the pictures. The bed is near the door so you can face some noises on the morning. The airco is too noisy ! It can wake you up at night. The couch is weirdly placed under the tv. The street is safe but don t walk there the evening alone. No place for the luggages or in your feets.
