Besides the breathtaking views “arosa card” was included in the hotel price. It was a pleasant surprise for our family since all activities like rope park, rental boat on the lake and sky lifts of the village were free of charge with that card.

The hotel was quite far from the center

The hotel is on a very beautiful location, it’s a bit of a walk from the train station but more then worth it. the rooms are very nice, clean, good bed, the view from the room was amazing specially at sun up.

I’m a introvert so for me this was not bad, but September is not the month to stay there if you don’t like to be alone, I was there by my self, no staff during the day and night, only during breakfast there was someone. For me this was not a dislike, but if your traveling by yourself and don’t like the quiet well ask before you go 😁

The staff is very kind and the hotel has excellent cleanliness standards with out of the world views.

Would be nice to have an electric kettle and fridge in the room

Amazing location right in the mountains/slopes. Very modern room with great facilities. I will definitely be back again, this should be a 4* hotel.

There could be more vegan options, there was not even soy milk, and I couldn't eat much at breakfast. This is my ONLY negative point, everything else was fantastic.

The location was fantastic and hosts were friendly.

There was no prior warning notice or communication about the roadworks and that we needed to take a different route from the regular route from Arosa Train Station / Bahnhof from the host or on their website or from Booking.com. When we did call for directions the staff were too busy to take the time to explain the route and merely stated to look for Innerosa.
