La posizione

Qualche piccolo disservizio tipo - cestino al bagno - tv troppo piccola non dico Smart ma più grande per vederla ( la nota positiva e‘ che in compenso si comunica verbalmente di più)

La struttura è in una posizione tranquilla vicina a Baja Sardinia; l’esterno del Residence è molto curato; l’interno dell’appartamento ha spazi ben distribuiti e la pulizia è al top; il nostro appartamento disponeva di due camere da letto, bagno con doccia e lavatrice; il soggiorno molto ampio con divano letto (molto comodo) per 2 persone e angolo cottura ben attrezzato con forno, lavastoviglie, frigorifero con freezer e un terrazzo con un tavolo e due panche per cenare all’esterno; Il direttore è una persona molto professionale: abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema e lui è stato tempestivo nel risolverlo e metterci a nostro agio.

È tutto perfetto aggiungerei qualche posto auto in più!

Sam obiekt bardzo czysty, apartamenty bardzo komfortowe, nowe meble, dwie łazienki wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona ze zmywarką ( trzeba mieć swoje kapsułki). na tarasie stolik z krzesłami i dwa leżaki - w koło piękna zieleń, cudowne widoki na odległe morze. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, ręczniki i pościel zapakowane próżniowo w worki prosto z pralni. Dokonując rezerwację nie spodziewałam , że obiekt jest tak rewelacyjny. Mega klimatyczne miejsce. Basen z leżakami - polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi i spokojny wypoczynek. Pracownik z obsługi bardzo komunikatywny , sympatyczny. Zakwaterowałam się tutaj ze względu na wykupiony rejs na archipelag La Maddalena, super lokalizacja do zwiedzania wybrzeża Costa Smeralda. Jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Clean apartment. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms and showers. Well-equipped kitchen.

Check-in time should be earlier than 5:00PM. Wi-fi should be available in the rooms. Interior lighting could be more powerful. Narrow road leading to the hotel.

Very friendly personel! Very clean and comfortable appartments. We had a studio which was upgraded to a 4p appartment to be close to our 6p appartment without extra costs! Quit surroundings to fully relaxing!

Location with beautiful view, but you need a car to get to shops/town (as was stated on the website).

Beautiful view to the sea and to the mountains. Nice pool area with sea view. Great location, close to the most beautiful beaches. Kind and helpful staff. Beautiful garden.

Tiny shower, no shielding on the bathroom window. Many stairs - difficult to move with a strolley. You can hear everything from the neighbour apartment.

big rooms, pool and the terrace of the apt

check in and check out timing, they are really organised and very picky for the garbage which is very rare to see how they care about the environment. it will be great to have more garbage basket to make sure rules are followed.
