Wide space near the nature

Infrastructure, front desk staff aren't helpful, we've been facing issues on baby pantry and room unlocking on all stay and it wasn't fixed. The quality of the food on Cora restaurant is low and not worth the price.

room is sub standard and super tiny, reminded me of slightly upgraded/private youth hostel but way overpriced compared with the living standard here. first night was raining and the whole lobby, restaurant/cafe, shop was leaking and flooded with water and no one was doing anything about it. it’s a fall hazard. worst of all, no one speaks any English. they are turning digital and none of the staff can help with the automated WhatsApp digital assistant. there’s no brochures on things to do (it’s a resort), we have to explore and discover ourselves. luckily I have someone who speaks Portuguese.

Hot pools are very nice and something unique.

Food was mediocre and over the 3 days there, first my wife got food poisoning and needed medical care. My oldest son also got food poisoning on the first day. Afterwards we avoided the restaurant at the hotel Pousada eventhough we had lunch paid there as well (had only coffee and bread for breakfast there to minimise the risk). The third day we ate at the hot park and both my kids got food poisoning (my wife couldn't eat anything after her experience the first day) . The 3 year old is still I'll 3 days after. The place is a serious health and safety concern and the staff is ignoring the issue. We complained many times, called them, wrote emails via booking.com and they never replied eventhough they promised that they will look into this. A lot of the customers here are elderly and young children and this can have serious consequences for them. This was not an isolated case. When my wife was returning from the hospital she met a woman who was traveling with a group of 20 people and 15 of them had the same experience as she did. The place used to be expensive. Now it is expensive with huge health risk.

Hard to speak to staff, when the WhatsApp virtual staff didn't help you My kids got stomach poisoning and we needed help at night, the virtual staff didn't help at all, and the front desk never answered, lucky we found a staff on the hall which was overloaded, but managed to help us Front desk at checkout didn't seem to care about the problem we and more clients had about food poisoning

Beautiful landscape, excellent lunch buffet and the staff is extremely friendly. It was my first time in Brazil and the staff welcomed me and made sure that my birthday was special. My boyfriend and I were able to create unforgettable memories. It now hold a very special place in my heart.

You could tell that the rooms get a lot of use. But everything was clean and comfortable.
