The apartment was compact but had everything we needed for a few days get-away. The double bed we slept in was fantastically comfy and, my word, how I loved the pillows! My two teenage boys found their beds a little creaky but it wasnt a major issue. My main concern before arriving was how clean it would be...especially in this Covid-19 time....however, I needn't have worried because it was so incredibly clean....I was so happy and relieved!!! The description also stated that there should be a CD/DVD player in but there wasn't one so we contacted the management (quite late at night) and the next morning he arrived with one...legend!! Restaurants and shops literally 5 minutes away. Botanical gardens was a 10 minute walk. we could have walked to town but we have two teenage boys so we drove into town to limit their moaning :0)

One of the couches was not very comfy...and that was the one my kids made me go on (cheeky monkeys!!). There was a big walk-in warbrobe in the main bedroom (but no wardrobe in the other bedroom which was a bit of a pain!), but only 8 hangers. Really could have done with a lot more. The front door rattled and sqeaked constantly...annoying but no big issue as we wedged a bit of cardboard in it...job done!!

Very easy, an employee from Your Space was there when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know, with keys handed over as well. Lucy and Paul from the team were excellent to liaise with and took our comments on board, which we really appreciated. Travelling with a 7 month old was made very comfortable and having the extra fans in the heatwave was truly appreciated. The location of the apartment was fab especially with all the food and local shops literally on our door step. Only slight comment, wish the building had a lift, even though we were on the first floor, walking up down the stairs with a baby and all his stuff in that heat, was a challenge. But apart from that.. fab!! Thank you.

Fantastic apartment! Very clean, comfy, has everything you need, in superb location and FREE parking! What can be better? Will definitely stay there again :)
