Water dripped in tub non stopped light bulbs needs changing half were out. Cobwebs and dusty. Could be cleaned better.

Like the location. The inside was beautiful nicely decorated. The staff was friendly.

Condo was clean, but definitely needs updating.. Missing trim, light switches don't work, air conditioner needs updating.. This condo is very dated..

The location was very good, just a few steps from the attractions, the place was very comfortable and clean and the balcony allowed us to enjoy breakfast with a view of the mountains. I loved it, I think we will be back.

The size of the condo was perfect for a group of 5 very nice and clean all the amenities you could ask for the pool was perfect for us to use was very quite no disturbances the view overlooking all Gatlinburg was breath taking

The parking was a little tight and unless your up for a good hike the location was a little out of the way was just easier to cut our losses and pay to park in town

I have stayed at this property but in a different unit. I like the location a lot.

This unit had very dirty carpet. The soles of my cream colored house shoes were dark brown after walking on it. There were pieces of trim thru out the condo not connected to the walls. They would fall down frequently. Kitchen & bathrooms mainly. The king bedroom the bed squeezed so loudly when you got out of it, it woke the person in the 2 nd bedroom! I’ll stay here again but not in condo 510.

The location was the best thing, located right where the strip starts, no need to drive if you’re staying in Gatlinburg and you can actually take scenic back roads to miss the main traffic. The condos are a nice size and the balconies are really big. I would stay there again.

The view was amazing and perfect distance walking distance from everything down town. Without being right in the strip. Just loved it.

Needed to have a few extra towels and blankets.

This was by far the best property I have stayed at! We travel a lot, but this condo was everything it was described to be and more. The owners were extremely friendly, the view was amazing, and the condo itself was great. Will definitely stay again!

This Condo is very outdated, it was dusty and needs a paint job. The furniture is old and scratched up. The bed springs or frame makes a loud noice. The electric outlet cover that’s on the wall under the fuse box in the kitchen was missing which is a serious safety hazard. The refrigerator gasket on the bottom of the door was hanging off causing a small water leak. In the living room one outlet cover was pulled from the wall & hanging. Some of the electric plugs (top plug) didn’t work. There’s a lot of clutter around the condo (such as paint cans and old bathroom items under the vanity, boxes in the closet, a picture under the bed).
