Le petit gretedar is a lovely little cottage right by the centre of Malmedy. Easy access to the town, restaurants and the hikes we’d planned to do. The accommodation is cost and comfortable. The beds were very good and the hosts were helpful.

We came during a snow storm weekend and it was very cold, as there is no central heating in the cottage it was very cold for a while until we got all the heaters on and blankets out. There is only one bathroom downstairs which is important to know if you are going with a group.

We hadden met ons gezin van 5 een fijn verblijf in Le Petit Gretedar. Zeer centraal gelegen, op wandelafstand van het centrum. Parkeren in de buurt was geen probleem. Wel enkel voor mensen die nog mobiel zijn.

Het terras kon een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.

Cute, little historic house. Very tastefully, cozy furnished. Really comfortable beds, 3 big bedrooms. Beutiful tiny garden :) Just be careful people 1.9m high - the ceiling is low (1.85 ca) Excellent location! We want to be back :)

THE LOCATION IN THE TOWN IS EXCELLENT. IT IS NEAR TO SEVERAL RESTAURANTS AND WITHIN EASY REACH OF SPA CIRCUIT.

WE WOULD HAVE LIKED MORE INFORMATION REGARDING PARKING WHICH WAS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE IN PART DUE TO THE FAIR DURING OUR STAY. INFACT BOTH OUR CARS WERE REMOVED AND WE HAD TO PAY 280 EUROS EACH TO RECOVER THEM. ALTHOUGH THE ACCOMMODATION WAS CLEAN AND NICELY DECORATED WE DID NOT REALISE THAT ONE OF THE BEDROOMS HAD TO BE ACCESSED VIA ANOTHER BEDROOM WHICH WAS NOT IDEAL.

Perfect location. Exquisitely decorated. Very cozy. Fully equipped. Super clean. Friendly owner. Great value for money.

It is a nice place, just did not work for us with a young kid.

Floor in kitchen/living area was so cold that we could not walk with our shoes off. We went with a toddler and I hated that he could not play on the floor and needed to be indoors with shoes on. Upstairs the rooms have nice wooden floors and we could make the rooms warm, but in living room it was just too cold to enjoy. It was just -2C outside so it was not too cold for the winter in the area.
