The host was very friendly, they were so kind that they even gave us some washing powder to do our laundry and even baked us spontaneously some delicious pancakes. The apartement was very clean and modern. We would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped, it felt like home. Swimming pool and trampoline for children. Very nice overall.

We had the top floor apartment, there is no lift, was hard to get the bags up.

Fantastic hosts, so attentive and kind. Offered collection from the airport and return. Offered us the use of bikes which was wonderful. The place was clean, quiet and homely.

The minute one apartment is in the pool there's not much space. We thought 'private pool' meant just for us but it is shared by 3 apartments.

I recommend this apartment when staying in beautiful Zadar. We were welcomed by the renter’s father who was very kind and nice. He offered us lots of information about Zadar including some restaurant recommendations. The apartment is nice, has everything you need and is very well-located (walkable distance to the city center) !

We stayed for 5 nights in Zadar before traveling around Croatia for the ten next days but we decided to come back at apartment Batur before we leave because we had the best experience there. - swimming pool clean and large - game room with ping pong table, football table etc. - bikes at our disposal - shinny clean - parking spot just in front of the building - fully equiped - bottles of water waiting for us at our arrival - hosts so nice, the father, the mother and the daughter (they cooked crepes and cakes for us in the morning 🤗, gave us good advices especially for restaurants etc., they took such good care of us) - and so much more We visited a lot of cities during our stay and this apartment was the best, we couldn't wait to come back, we felt home there.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The owner Ivana was very friendly and helpful with a "can do" approach. Just after our arrival, we got a welcome coffee and a cake. Her mother is a very warm and kind woman with a wonderful approach to children. The pool was a great godsend for us and our kids.

The apartment is not right in the city center, but the beach, like most shops and restaurants, is within the walking distance. Uber to the old town is around 20 Kuna.

The apartment was spacious, very clean and well-equipped. Since we arrived very early in the morning due to our flight, we were even allowed to leave our bags there and to check in earlier than usual. The location is about 30-40 minutes on foot from the city center, which we didn't mind because we had a rental car (for which there was always free parking across the street) and we rather wanted a quiet neighborhood. There are several restaurants closeby where you can eat (as recommended by the hosts) - for example, we ate at the Pizzeria Sime which had fantastic pizza. We really enjoyed to partly view of the ocean from the kitchen window and the balcony (we even saw some big cruise ships pass by). All the rooms have all the basic utensils that you need for a stay. The pool is also very nice and clean, though we only used it once briefly because the weather was a little too cool in early October for staying in the pool very long. The host Mirjana provided us with homemade chocolate pancakes and, on our last evening, even invited us down to her apartment for three different kinds of cakes and cookies! She and her whole family are really nice and hospitable and we would love to come back and stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay Mirjana and family!
