The host was very friendly, before our arrival, we were contacted with essential information about the location and how to reach it. The room and bathroom were nice, with AC and a mini fridge. The accomodation is located basically at the city centre, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in walking distance. Also, both the bus stops and the train station is very close. We paid a little extra to have breakfast included, it was serves in a nice Italian café house just around the corner. It included a coffee, a juice, a glass of water, pastry, bread, butter and jam. It was a nice way to start the morning. It must be added that there were only sweet options to choose from, which might get a little repetative after a while, however it does nothing to do with our host. Even though we had to check out before 10:00, we were allowed to leave our bags at the reception (no extra charge), so we could pick them up before leaving for the plane. We can only recommend!

Modern, clean and well maintained

The location is within walking distance of nice restaurants and shops. The bus stops in front of the door which makes it easy to travel to Poetto beach if you don't have a car. The staff is friendly & extra credit should be given to the host who was super helpful. He even helped us out by making a phone call to our travel agency when we needed some assistance and was available for questions and tips throughout our stay there. I can highly recommend this lovely place!

Great location, friendly host, nice bathroom, comfortable room!

Absolutely fabulous room in top location. I arrived after midnight but self check-in was a breeze.

The neighbourhood hosts some restaurants nearby and it does get a bit noisy during the late evenings, bring earplugs!

Giorgio was superkind and helpful. He was always available and gave us perfect recommendations for e.g. restaurants and sightseeing. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was close to a wellness-spa. We will definitely stay again at the hotel if we come back to Cagliari.

The B&B is perfectly located near "Il bastione" at the center of cagliari. Our host Giorgio was very helpfull providing us with all the information one needs to have the perfect holiday at Cagliari (direction inside the city, which hotspots to visit in Cagliari but also in the south of Sardegna, recommended restaurants, etc ...). We even borrowed an umbrella during our stay from our host. Giorgio tips were very helpfull regarding which beaches we should go to in the south of sardegna. The room was very clean, spacious and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The included breakfast was in the café next door (antico café) and it was not only great value but also delicious.

Great location, lovely breakfast in a nearby caffe. The room was nice and clean. The owner was very polite, always there to help. Easy check in and check out.
