De har en stor have og pool område

Det var dårlig check in. Vi havde booket et 2vær. lejlighed som var bekræftet, så vile de checke os ind på 2 lejligheder med et Værelse de havde forlænget den der boede i to værelses. Det var bare ikke i orden, at vi skulle diskuterer dette , så de fandt en løsning på at give os 3 værelses.

The apartments are at a good location, surrounded by nature and relatively quiet. The staff are friendly and the services at the apartment were good.

Considering I had a relatively long stay and at times needed to work remotely, an office chair, which was not available, would have been more appropriate with the desk in the room.

The kitchen staff and the men in general were nice and competent : Patrick/Patrice, Edward, Ken, and (+ Joash night manager - I 'm not sure about his name).

DIRTY APPARTMENT. THEY GIVE DIRTY AND SMELLY TOWELS FOR CLEAN (TWICE !). The appartements advertised are nothing to do with the reality ! Our booking included a washing machine which was not in the room. No kettle water, no toaster. We had to ask for the shower soaps and the coffee bags because there wasn't any. Diana and Lilian at the reception desk are incompetent. We were changed room in ate afternoon the following day of our arrival after complaining a few times and threatening them to check out, showing photos of the dirt, of the leaking toilet and broken electrical plug and phone not working. Lilian (if I remember her name correctly), one of the day receptionist looked down at us and was sarcastic: she told us to go the mall (by cab) to get some soap for the washing. We asked her if the doorman she was chatting to, could come to help us with the luggages, she stopped him to come and said "He is coming". For sure he didn't. When we moved, the man who was still chatting with her, asked us while and she ignored us if we needed help...

The location is great, and the breakfast is good.

I booked a one bedroom attic style room which I have styed in before however the room I was given this time round was very disappointing, the bedroom had very low ceiling, so low I bumped my head a few times getting out of bed and I'm only 5.2 ! Additionally the bathroom is situated downstairs with the bathroom window facing the corridor so no sense of privacy, this is la fundamental difference in the room as the one I stayed in before had a self contained bedroom upstairs I should have been informed so I can make a decision on switching rooms. The bed had torn, worn out linens which I reported and nothing was done about it. The kitchen was ill equipped, some TV channels dint have sound, again reported this and was promised resolution, nothing was done about it. An all round disappointing stay which did not deliver value for money.

Excellent location, lovely ambience surrounded by greenery at all sides.

Furnitures were outdated.
