The location. It's great if you're planning to stay in Trosa

Pretty much everything else. Just don't book with them and run away from Novasol. It's my first so negative review after years of travelling. This location doesn't exist on any map, it's a small house hidden among private properties with no advertisement or sign whatsoever. You need to cross a private yard to get there, which is hard to find with no signs. If you get there outside check-in hours, brace yourselves for a long treasure hunt to get the keys, with people looking at you concerned from their windows as you move to and fro their private yard. The property is old and worn out. In the bathroom, by the entrance and beside the sofa-bed THERE WERE INSECTS not well identified and when we called the caretaker asking for another property he concluded that "having INSECTS in the premises WAS NORMAL, being the property by the seaside, therefore we should have PUT THE INSECTS DOWN". We ended up making an exceptional reservation in another place on the very same night in a rush before we left the premises. During my extensive travelling experience never have I had to take part to a disinfestation programmes, although I traveled also in campings and cheap locations; yes, also by se seaside. Be aware that after that the reservation is made, you'll be prompted to pay on the Novasol website, therefore the payment takes place outside Booking.com, which taught me that I should never trust this process anymore. If Novasol replies to your complaints (I used the plural because I had to raise it 4 times for the same issue), they will beat you around the bush and eventually they stop replying. I haven't seen my money back and I have sent an official complain to the Konsumentverket authority. Bottom line, just stay away from this company as to us, they seem like a (legal?) scam with low level accommodations advertised for something that they are not, perhaps feeding on people who are not willing to follow up on these situations.
