This is a fantastic place to stay if you want both the independence of staying in your own apartment with kitchen, but also having reception staff on hand in case of any problems. Our 1 bedroom apartment was huge (much bigger than I expected from the photos) and very clean. There are shared laundry facilities available to use for free. Whilst we ate in our apartment on most days, we had 2 breakfasts in the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. A lovely buffet and gluten free options. The location was great for us (we stayed near family who live on the same street) but for someone visiting who wants to be near the city's main attractions, be aware that this area is quiet as more residential. However, the apartment is a short (5-10mins) walk from the subway, and there are buses even closer by, so it's very convenient for getting into the city. It is also close the ferry terminal. Overall we had a great stay and would love to stay again!

The hotel apartment isn't exactly cheap but this is true for most hotels in Stockholm.

it was very clean, bus and ferrie to center was great. 24 check in and possibly for breakfast even because we checked in late after our flight got a free breakfast the reception host was very friendly.

the bed was comfy but 1 side of the the double bed kept rolling to the middle :-)

Very nice and clean apartments, next to public transportation stations. The people at the reception also very helpful. I definitely recommend it!

We couldn't use one of our voucher to breakfast so the staff prepared breakfast box.Also it was very cold in apartment so we got a heater.

I reported before my coming its my birthday stay in Stockholm so I ask about nice apartment and hard mattress. I didn't expect birthday cake, sparkling wine or card (before in some hotels it happened). I got apartment: * with broken phone (had to contact with reception thru my cell phone, * very soft mattress (that I ll need a massage now), * with broken cover of toilet button (someone control it?). Point 1 and 3 was reported but to the end of my stay Noone cared about this or fix it. Next time I ll choose brand hotel like Scandic or Radisson because from my experience they treat you there more special.

It was horrendous to access this place. If you are traveling with large and heavy luggages/suitcases, please note that you'll have to walk at least a good 200m where the taxi or uber will drop you off. My daughter (15 year old) & I had no help with our suitcases and we had to literally go take the key to open up a barrier gate, and then had to go lock the gate and return the key at reception. All this in the freezing cold when it was -10 degrees with snow storm. If you are staying for more than 2 days ( like we did- we stayed for 4 nights), you'll get fed up with the breakfast. We had exactly the same breakfast menu for all 5 days and there weren't a wide spread. I asked if they could make an omelette & they said no. There were barely 5 families there during breakfast (between 9:00 - 9:30am) so not that they were busy. Our room was facing the main road. Being a light sleeper, that didn't help. I was woken up every morning at 5:30ish when the truck cleans up the road.

The staff was very helpful and kindless. We must notice that the receptionist of the night swift was very helpful, polite and generous. The location of the apartments was not so far from the center, there is a bus station out of the apartment for the center of town.

Room was quite cold and heating wasn't on. The towels are exchanged only after 7 days.

Amazing staff, they ensured that we had a cot and highchair for our baby, which made our stay 100% better (and safer)! Nice location, not in the heart of Stockholm but easily reachable. For us, the best place where we could stay at with a 1 year-old baby.

Excellent staff and good rooms. Quite spacious but in need of a refurb. Brekky was included and was excellent.
