Old hotel, washroom is clean
Old not properly maintained. Old carpet, colour of wall is old.

I have stayed in this hotel for 6/7 times but last experience with Rafiq (Front office staff) was too worst in my whole life. During my check in time at 1.00 PM, I requested to pay by card as I am travelling abroad I don't have enough cash with me. There was different front office staff on that time & he was agreed to get paid by card. I was supposed to check out at 11 PM on same day due to my flight. When I checked out at 10.30 PM, I was asked to pay by cash by Rafiq (Night Front office staff). I told him that I have informed day shift front office staff about my card payment. Also I have requested Airport Shuttle service during my check out time through booking.com but Rafiq was delaying us because he want cash only & he said that he doesn't have any note from Morning shift staff but I have said him to look into booking.com reservation paper to see my request, Also I informed that my request has been approved by hotel team already but he denied again. At the same time he was asking for foreign currency with strange rate (Actual Rate was 1 GBP = 151 BDT on that day, but Rafiq demand 1 GBP = 130 BDT) to clear the bill. Also when I asked him to give me government bill for the VAT they asked, he started to arguing with me and asked me to intentionally as he knows that I need to reach airport by 11.20 PM. After that when he couldn't show me proper evidence he started to threatened me & asked housekeeping staff & guard to close all the door (I had my kid & my wife with me) and he tried to hit me as well. Fortunately the other staff doesn't agreed with him & at the same time I called police to help me out from this situation. I have called hotel manager & explain all the situation, this gentlemen settled situation & I was finally get reach at 12 AM in the Airport.
Finally I would suggest hotel management not to recruit this kind of Personality as this will definitely damage their reputation.

Rooms are nice and comfortable and it's close to the airport.
This used to be my go to place when flying from Dhaka (pre Covid that was regularly). However service has gone downhill since. Shuttle bus left me waiting an hour at the domestic terminal and refused to even reduce the 500 taka charge. It’s half that to get a taxi there from the airport and I would have arrived much sooner.
WiFi code was written in the room but had a capital "R" where there should be a lowercase one, so it would not connect.
I will be using somewhere else from now on.

Some stuff behaviour nice but i am coming 1 st day morning and chack in this guys not professional and behaviour like 100 taka hotel so i request please training proper this guys but oter stuff behaviour so good
Please change air-condition, big problems is out side nosie come to the room to much sounds ,i can't sleep because of to much noise please note down this problem

There was complimentary airport pickup but the hotel denied to give it and they changed me 500 Taka, I did not feel that the receptionist was a professional person. Room carpet was very dirty and stained. Same money you can get a nice hotel in nearby area so I will never go there again.

breakfast is not good always same things is buffet that's also not good test , some room also not nicely clean maybe it’s old one have to make , one more think is reception repeater guest information u have to keep u cannot asked always give ur id or passport that very bed ,,, hopefully next is good

Rooms are backdated with mosquitoes around. Bathroom is pretty basic too. Not enough lighting in the room
