Very well equipped and spacious room. Location was fantastic

The staff were all super friendly and even gave us a bottle of wine from their vineyard when we checked in. We got recommendations for eating and sightseeing which were all excellent. The room was comfy and clean and the terrace is spectacular. It’s a great location as it is quiet but still a quick walk to the beach and only 10 min walk into piran old town. We wished we could stay longer.

The suite was roomy and very clean. The views from the shared balcony were amazing.

It was a 15 minute steep walk to the centre of town but there is a free bus near by!

Great location for both getting into town and to Fiesa beach. Great patio area for relaxing or eating

A sweet apartment at 5 mins walking distance from the citywalls and 10 mins from the city centre. Very clean and comfortable. Super-friendly and welcoming host. Nice shared terrace with seaview. Free parking. Air conditioning.

The view looks across the water towards Italy - you can see the city of Trieste. There's an easy walk down to a beach, maybe 10mins down, 15mins back up. It's also an easy walk down into town - about 12mins down, 20mins back up (haha) or you can stroll around the coastline on a flat path from the beach into the center. There's a line out in the garden to hang out wet towels etc so great not to have that hanging around in the room with you.

Fantastic balcony overlooking the sea for breakfast and daytime relaxation. Handy little kitchen was well stocked. Breakfasts were delicious. Short walk down to Fiesa Cove for sea swimming and pizzas. Close to town for restaurants and sightseeing walks; we didn't need to use the car for two days Helpful, friendly and flexible staff.

We stayed 3 nights and our towels were not changed and the room was not cleaned for the whole time. We were in and out of the room a lot, but still would have liked to know if it was policy not to clean, or whether our presence had got in the way.

The view from terrace was magnificent.

The smaller Breakfast option only had one coffee included.

Great place to start of your journey on Istrian coast of Slovenia and Croatia. Very close to Italy. The guesthouse was very good equipped, bathroom, bedroom and kitchen were very clean. 10 min from the old town of Piran. Lovely view from the terrace Parking at the property, what is extremely important in Piran. Very helpful owner :) Thank you very much, we'll be back one day.

Very nice and cozy apartment with a great seaview from the terrace. 10 minute walking distance from the city central square, and less than 5 minutes - to Fiesa Beach. The apartment is well thought, you have everything you need. The host was very responsive and flexible (agreed to extend check-in hours, although we managed to arrive on time).

I wish the apartment was a bit bigger. However, it's pretty minor, this one was good enough for a short, 2-night stay.

Stayed here for one night on a whim to break up our trip from Ljubljana to Pula but would have loved to spend more nights here had we known. Beautiful apartments and terrace, a place to park your car but within walking distance to both the beach and the main square, and whisper quiet at night. Very generous breakfast worth the extra cost.

Steep incline walk from the main square but that's the case with a lot of places in Central Europe. You just have to live with it.

Everything was very clean, spotless, like new. Breakfast at the terras with ocean view, and use of a "summer kitchen" at the terras, with additional drinks, ice creams and cooking facilities. We enjoyed staring at the stars and over the ocean in the evening in peace, seeing the lights of Trieste. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. Walking distance of Piran and a little beach with possibility to swim. Free parking at the property.

The only thing bothering us was havy traffic at 6.30 for about 40 minutes, but that's only for rooms at the street side. But the rest of the day it was very quiet. And a bit pitty that breakfast (€11,-) is not incuded in the €95,- room price, which makes the stay a bit pricy.

The room was more spacious then I thought, but we had a 4 person apartment for 2. The outside kitchen was very nice with that amazing view! Breakfast was good as well and the staff was very kind and helpful!
