Spektakuläres Strandhaus. Sehr wünschenswerte Lage. Das Hotel liegt zwei Blocks vom Hauptzugang zum Strand (der Promenade) und einen Block von allen Restaurants entfernt. Das Haus ist 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 und 1/2 Bad. Beinhaltet 3 Queensize-Betten. Dieses Haus hat einen riesigen Garten und jede Menge Parkplätze. Wir sind einen Block von der Promenade mit zahlreichen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt. Nur wenige Blocks vom Haus entfernt befindet sich der Yachthafen mit täglichen Abfahrten zu Angelcharter, Sonnenuntergangskreuzfahrten, Dinner-Kreuzfahrten und Bootsverleih. Wir haben einen Spülbereich auf dem Achterdeck. Auch auf dem Achterdeck bieten wir einen Grill. Inbegriffen sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Alle Betten haben eine brandneue Serta-Matratze. Wir bieten alle Bettwäsche. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Tassen und Utensilien. Ein brandneuer Edelstahl-Geschirrspüler, ein Herd und ein Kühlschrank sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Kabelfernsehen mit Flachbildschirm an der Wand! Wir bieten eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Waschküche. Dieses Haus wird sehr sauber gehalten und kann ein perfekter Urlaub sein.

This was our fourth stay in the blue house, it’s that wonderful!!! It’s a cozy, spacious, very well appointed home that is beautifully decorated. We had everything we could possibly need provided. The owners are very easy to work with and take great care of all their properties. It’s right in the heart of dwtn CB so walkable to beach, boardwalk and restaurants but we rented a golf cart to add to the fun of vaca and cruise around the island more. Bonus was being able to park at the owner’s empty lot towards CB Pier and use beach access there with less crowds! This house has helped create so many memories for us and our 14 year old, we look forward to the next time we are able to rent it.

My teen daughters and I made last minute plans to sneak in a beach trip, and this charming bungalow was perfect for our stay. A short walk to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, everything.
The house itself is clean, updated, and comfortable. Each of the 3 bedrooms is decent-sized and the main bathroom is spacious. The extra half bath was much appreciated (especially when traveling with my teen girls). The living room was cozy with lots of pillows and a blanket but my favorite space was the front porch. The weather was gorgeous during our stay so my mornings were spent drinking coffee on the porch, watching the beach goers walk by.
Check-in and -out were easy and the owners were super nice and great at communication. I highly recommend this gem!

Wonderful place, very comfortable, very clean, very roomy. Beds were comfortable & the AC kept us nice & cool with the terrible hot weather outside. Great location to everything. Hosts were great communicators & helpful in getting us set up with a company for beach chairs & umbrellas for our day at the beach. Would use them again!

We had an amazing time! Super cute bungalow. It was the perfect size house for us. Then we walked to the beach, dinner and shops close by. We will definitely be renting from them again. Also you can walk to a small grocery store that is less than a block away. We will be back!

We really enjoyed staying in this house for a girls trip. The walkability to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants made it so convenient! The home was set with everything we needed and probably had the best bed sheets I had slept in while traveling. Would stay here again.

This little place was wonderful! The kitchen was outfitted with everything we would need, large washer and dryer helped with all beach wear items, the back deck is giant and was swepped clear of sand, there's an outdoor shower area for washing sandy feet, and it was the perfect size for our family with 2 children. The wifi was fast and the A/C cold... perfect after a day on the hot sand!
My little one is learning to crawl and I was very pleased that I could let him crawl freely because the home was so clean. Even the baseboards were clear of built up grime. The floor is wood and a little creaky, but smooth and well worn, so there weren't any splinters for baby knees or toes. The whole home was clean and clutter free. (If you are a parent that has been to a rental with knick knacks on every surface you underatand the pain of having to collect them all and put them up high, and then return them to their places before you leave!)
We were so pleased with the friendliness of the owner, the cleanliness of the home, and the proximity to the beach that we are already looking to book again at this rental!

This 3-bedroom house was absolutely perfect for us. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen well-equipped. Location couldn’t be better for the price. Never met the landlords but communications were good. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here three nights on a work-cation. The location was within walking distance to the beach, the Fat Pelican and the amusement area. I actually got my 76-year old his on the carousel proving that it is never too late to have a happy childhood! We would definitely stay again.

Couldn't be happier with the location and the comfort of this little house was great. I'd love to have a King size bed with a memory foam mattress next time though ;) We will be back!!

Everything was nice, neat, and clean. The property managers are very polite and very accommodating. They take pride in their homes and it shows. The house is gorgeous and in a BEAUTIFUL spot. You are so close to everything that you can just walk. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. They really help make this vacation one to remember. I would greatly recommend staying here.

It was a half mile to get to the beach and boardwalk which was perfect! Neighbors were so helpful and friendly! The owners were very easy to reach when we had a few questions and the house was clean and cozy! Definitely recommend!!

We had a great time at the blue house with our adult children and their spouses. The location is fantastic and once we got there we didn’t use our cars the rest of our 4 day visit. Loved the front and back porch and the big back yard. It was very clean and the hosts were easy to contact and very helpful.
