It was noisy and everyone talking loudly even until around 2 am

Such a nice place to stay for a few days or some longer. You can find quite comfortable rooms with clean and tidy linen. Bathrooms and toilets are good as well and the admin is really kind and polite. You can always ask him something you need and he'll do his best to make your accomodation as good as possible.

A little bit far away from the historical centre, but if you take a car, there is no problem at all.

The host is an exceptional man. Extremely attentive and helpful. Also people who stay there are very nice and fun. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is in perfect condition and there are places where you can just chill.

I found a home at Armenia! apart from the excellent place to stay, it exceeds my expectation, the owner is really cool and a very good man! Me & my cousin felt safe and secured. I highliy recommend this place to everyone

i arrived at midnight and didn’t have to pay for early check in or anything the owner is so friendly and really nice whatever we asked he will get it right away so helpful and place is clean too there are markets near the hostel and we can cook at hostel and washing machine also provided had a great time there will probably stay there again

more kitchen stuff needed like pots and pans that’s all

Firstly, the host is really accommodating and helpful. The host will give tips on price ranges of transportation, food and other local products. Also, the bed is comfortable and is spacious enough for one person.

It's not what I didn't like, but I think the hostel could do more with some improvements. Like installation of bidets in the washroom, but overall the hostel has a reasonable price.

It’s close to the center, the place is in a quiet neighbourhood, it has a light continental breakfast, very clean and comfy.

Evth was far beyond my expectations compared to the price I had paid.

That's not an exceptionally rated property,not even 5.If they're going to self write these reviews they could've at least tried to make reality corresponds little bit to their fiction.

The owner doesn't have knowledge in the hospitality industry,basic requirements such as quietness at night seems mystery to him.He lives in the hostel and uses it as a dating place,doors banging and noise until 4 am . No kitchen,no even top,no basic utensils such as cups ....etc nothing of the sort is available. Bedsheets were torn out and smelly,Towels are stained,dust all over found a dead small cockroach on the ground over my suitcase. Smoking smell 24hrs coming from the top apartment . Located in a local neighbourhood,you'll be immediately spotted as a foreigner should you think of grabbing something from a supermarket.It is very far from the centre anyway.2000 drams by taxi. In this price range i say it's way over priced for they offer.
