Amazing property amazing location
Stayed at this property for one month with my wife,3 children and there grandparents.the property definitely has the wow factor ,didn’t want to leave ,kids loved the pool and my eldest loved the pontoon to fish off ,this house is ideally located with in easy reach of everything and really does give you that holiday feeling ,would definitely stay again

Best family holiday
We had such an amazing time we felt at home from the start
The kids loved the pool n the boat ramp we even seen a. Dolphin holly was amazing even dropping us a new iron over
Can’t fault anything even the beds were amazingly comfy so close to everything
Was so nice to be able to watch the kids in the pool where ever we were so many open spaces I wanna go back :(
The tvs in every room was a winner for the kids ... my 2 year old son loved the bath he had his own pool lol we felt safe as the gates closed out the world!! the kids could roam feee without us worrying. So much space for the cars and the boat
Fishing wasn’t great from the ramp out back but kids still had fun frying

Weekend away at the gold coast
We had such a great time at this place at jaguar drive. Such a lovely home and the pool was a great spot soaking up the Gold Coast sun!! Would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home

Amazing property close to everything
Holly's property is a fantastic place to spend a weekend away, extremely clean and well equipped we didn't want to leave. The location was great, its very close to the cafes on chevron island (10mins walk) and a short drive to surfers paradise beach. Holly was very responsive and responded to all questions really quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant house in a great location
The house was immaculate - there were board games and fishing rods and those little things there for the kids which was appreciated.
Great amenities and facilities, everything worked.
It was perfect for 2 families holidaying together - pool and private pontoon got great use.
Owner/manager very easy to deal with and accommodating.
Would highly recommend and will be coming back for sure!

Family Oasis
Highly recommend this property. Is a beautiful home and was perfect for our family holiday. In a great location, quiet and central to everything.
Craig & Holly were very helpful and attentive, especially as they had to manage a very trying situation with horrific guests prior to us checking in.

Beautiful Home!
Absolutely loved our stay! Holly was so easy to communicate with in the lead up to our stay, and her flexibility made things so much easier for us. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Perfect place for our getaway. We loved the location. Such a quick drive to local cafes/shops. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

Beautiful location, family friendly home to relax in.
The home was spacious and comfortable for our family to enjoy.
The pool was definitely a highlight for our children and the location of the kitchen overlooking the pool made it enjoyable to utilise whilst watching the kids.
Holly the owner was very accommodating and easy to contact during our stay.
Would recommend if you have a large family or two smaller families.
Would definitely consider returning for another holiday in the future.

Decent home, hard to contact Holly at times
I am writing this review, as I was unhappy with how unresponsive the owners were throughout our ordeal on the last two days there, and the feedback they had given, in terms of the bond etc. To be fair we did not deserve our bond back, as we were very loud, left a hole in their wall, and few minor things that in retrospect will not add up to our bond, but what they had blamed us for is unacceptable. Within our time at the property, the bins were not emptied when we checked upon arrival (they were full to the brim of beer bottles and cans) , circuit breaker tripped, gate code loss power, the sink had fallen through due to poor installment, the BBQ had also caught a light due to no rocks being in the drip tray to soak up the fat (this shouldn’t of been our job to check, there was also no fire extinguisher) the damage to the wall and vent due to the BBQ catching fire was out of our control. In terms of the BBQ catching fire, in the feedback they gave us, they said the neigbours saw the BBQ unattended when it caught fire, when really,our dark skinned friend was there very much the whole time (My friends and I find this to be very offensive). They also blamed us for multiple hole damages in the room with the bunkbed and double bed, when in fact, who ever “installed” the tv is to blame as they suck at their job (we have video evidence of this already being there upon arrival) They also blamed us for cigarettes being left everywhere, but that can’t be true if neither my friends or myself smoke. In all honesty it, seems like the tenants of the house never really checked anything properly, and then blamed the next owner for mistakes of their own, or previous owners. BE VERY CAREFUL when booking this house, it did, and still does feel like they scammed us, especially with all that happened coincidentally and the fibs that the neighbours told.

Over all very easy to work with Holly the property just needs to fix a couple of light globes and the bathroom spa but we loved the property and would stay again no problems
