The view, the location, and the facilities, eg proper kitchen, nice bathroom, comfortable bed

Have stayed here previously so knew what to expect. All excellent, highly recommended, particularly if you need to be at the Southport end of the coast.

Everything was awesome

The coffee machine was broken unfortunately.

Location was perfect. The service apartment was fully equipped.

I noticed that a shopping trolley was left at the lift lobby by a guest. There should not be allowing guest to take shopping trolleys to the service apartments.

The view was amazing! We were attending an event at the broadwater parklands and could see it from our balcony. It was 2 minutes' walk over to the event which was unexpected as the map said 1km. Lots of natural light in the apt and it was well-stocked with kitchen utensils for preparing our own light meal. Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Ashtray on the table on the balcony. Maybe place it in the corner out of the way if smoking is permitted in the apartment. This probably would have changed my booking choices if it had been more obvious about the smoking

Great location, walking distance to parkland. Restaurants and a Woolworth just downstairs. Facility is new and Room is large. Highly recommend! Will be back soon:)

The view was absolutely stunning. The appartment so spacious and the full kitchen facilities were great.

Needed towels changed before the 3rd day. Also when the cleaning lady came she didn't clean the bathroom or the kitchen. That was disappointing.

Beautiful and comfortable 1Bed self-contained suite, with an incredible view!

The bed was very comfortable. The pillows and the pillow cases were the issue. They didn't smell great at all. The 4 of them had a very strong dump smell, a little detail that can ruin your sleep.

Stunning views and the self catering facilities that included being able to wash and dry clothes.

Everything was good, just a little more attention to cleaning the room. Some parts of the bedroom and bathroom were a little dusty and splashes on the furniture. The drain in the bathroom could do with a clean. However this wouldn’t put us off booking another stay.

No coffee in the apartment, not enough towels, checking in and parking was very confusing. The Internet didn't work till the last day. The apartment was minimumly stocked. We would choose this type of place again.

Best place I have stayed in on the Gold Coast by far (and this is even compared to Sheraton Grand Mirage!!). Meriton Suites Southport has become my go to place to stay and recommend for Gold Coast accommodation. Handy location, tram a very short walk away, local shopping and restaurants, and the apartment was fantastic!

I could not find anything wrong with this accommodation. Very happy with this choice.

Great location, not too close but not too far away from surfers paradise. Location was clean, well maintained and the staff were lovely.

The view was nice, and the room was lovely.

The shower nozzle kept coming off while in the shower. And once you turned the shower off the nozzle fell off almost hitting us in the face. The hotel didn't provide face wash cloth which I found unusual.

Wasn't clean well. I found cigarettes and and ash at the balcony. dust in the cover in the room. So I had to wipe and put my clothes on. And found a cockroach.

Location was perfect and the views were unbelievable. Gorgeous presentation and clean.

Our window didn’t seal completely and during a storm it made for quite an annoying whistle in the bedroom. The hallway also smelt rather bad but this didn’t drift into the bedroom thank goodness.
