Staff and breakfast was amazing
Paying for parking each time we left was a bit insulting, if you want to call back for anything it cost you £2 each time to leave again, also the curtains were filthy

The only problem with the breakfast was that there were no plum tomatoes which are my favourite! Other than that, the breakfast was good!
If tomatoes had been included in the breakfast, that would have been good!

Everything was well catered for, the room was very clean and spacious throughout, the breakfasts were excellent, and the bar staff even put Match of the Day on TV on the final night of our stay, very impressed!

Breakfast being included in the price was good.
We liked our room and the shower was amazing, plenty of hot water and space. Big bed and linen looked clean.
Location is perfect for the train station and town centre.
The hot breakfast options were quite limited and the coffee from an automatic machine was not the best.
Pillows were uncomfortable and the TV was not a smart TV.

Nice welcome, no fuss, very efficient and helpful.
The food in the restaurant, whilst limited for vegetarians was nevertheless very good and served promptly and attractively.
I left my coat in the restaurant but it was given to me the next mornng at breakfast ( the member of staff recognised me)

The whole hotel modern spacious, lovely rooms and modern power shower, near station, well appointed and comfortable, and complimentary breakfast, receptionist especially very helpful ( jasmine) a exceptional service. Would recommend to anyone in preference to any other establishment. Mike and Elaine 20& 21st May .
