We were in the area for a college graduation but I am so glad that we stayed here. It was as described and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very Nice, and very clean, great location for walking on the beach without having cars to worry with. Great view of ocean and pool from the deck.

The condo was clean and easy to find. Our stay was cool weather and pool not heated so unable to use. Very windy off ocean so limited time on the deck and balcony. Beach access was great but have to use in am for tide comes in later afternoon. Not able to walk on beach in the evening. As for the condo it self there were a few things we felt were missing when renting for 5 days and not wanting to buy but could use to help make stay better. First no first aid kit for I cut my self on the dull knives and there was not any kit in the condo. The other was no toilet paper. Ran out on day 3 and had to go buy hard to find less then 12 rolls at stores. For our view this should be part of the rental. There was no foil or saran wrap to use. No containers for food storage. There was limited kitchen pans to use. Was furnished with things that others were replacing and no extra blankets for cool days. No keurig like other rentals and no ladle for soup. Plumming may need to be looked at for slow draining tubs and sinks in both bathrooms. Found the complex had friendly people staying there and quiet area. Over all the place was ok but could use a few more things to help those who come by plane not wanting to purchase things need when cooking.

Good view of ocean from the terrace, with a wide court yard area. Large pool that is heated in cool January weather. Very clean comfortable place. This was my first time visiting New Smyrna Beach and I booked again for next year before I left. I walked in and immediately felt comfortable.

The condo property was very clean, well groomed, and private. The condo unit matched the photos as featured in the Virbo post. Unfortunately, due to a cold front, the weather did not lend itself to swimming in the pool or the ocean (that was quite wavy) but we were able to take several nice walks along the very expansive beach front. The location of this property allowed for easy commutes to the Daytona area as well as Coco Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre. New Year's at the River Deck and Tiki Bar by the Indian River Waterfront offered good food as well as live music, which we enjoyed. Overall, we were able to shift our hopes of soaking up some sun and we were able to fill our time with day tripping. We had a nice time despite the unfortunate cold front and over cast weather.

This property is the perfect size for a small group. The beach view and access were excellent and the condominium was clean and appeared to be well taken care of.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Perfect two bedroom apartment with all the things we needed. Beautiful spot with the pool on the beach. Would love to stay again! Great location.

Wonderful place.

It was a very wonderful experience! Perfect in every way! The elevator did break but it was repaired quickly! I highly recommend this property!

The perfect location! Amazing pool, beachside. Suite does not have laundry (it’s coin op down the hall) but other than that everything was as pictured. Comfy beds, nice apartment. Will definitely return!

This property is awesome. It’s located on a part of New Symrna that you can’t drive on. So you don’t have to worry about your little ones around cars on the beach. The pool is huge and surprisingly deep. My family really loved the pool. Beach access couldn’t possibly be better. And the condo is accurate to the pictures. Very clean and just what we were looking for. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice place near the beach

We had an absolutely fabulous time!! Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and easy access to the beach was great. The condo was the perfect space for our family of four. We enjoyed our getaway and would love to book here again in the future.

Very disappointed the owner did not give us the option of booking the same week again next year.

Condo was fantastic, everything was as described. Michelle was a great communicator! The pool and kid pool were excellent as well as beach access. Already planning a trip back!

We very much enjoyed our long weekend at the condo. Especially loved our morning coffee on the balcony watching the ocean! The condo was immaculate! To me this is the number 1 priority. Very nicely decorated and comfortable. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked. The pool area was great, and beach access very convenient. Loved our stay! I will definitely be back!

Great property with a great location. At the quiet end of beach but easy access to bars and restaurants. A two mile walk on the beach to Flager Ave or short drive. Unit has everything you need. Beach equipment a nice touch owner Michelle always available.

Review is well over due…my wife & I stayed here with our two kids. It was awesome! Very clean. The pool was well kept. Loved walking down to the beach where no cars could park. If we head back to the area we will definitely try to stay here again.

We were able to get in earlier than the 4pm check in and that helped a lot! Michelle was very helpful . The elevator stopped working and I had my 95 year old mother with us on the third floor. They fixed it immediately. Her place has everything you need the two recliners were very comfortable. The view was very nice from the balcony. The hurricane did some damage so we were unable to get on the beach . Michelle did offer us a full refund but the weather didn’t really warrant laying on the beach. My husband was a bit disappointed because he likes to surf fish and had to drive a ways to get on the beach. That should be fixed as soon as they can. But with so much damage everywhere on the beach I’m sure carpenters are in demand. The pool area is wonderful and the outside area was well manicured. The place is close to so many wonderful restaurants and close to shopping and gas stations. If I had to find anything wrong with our stay the king size bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. It could use a better mattress. But that wouldn’t stop me from staying there again. The price was great . I would stay again in a minute . Thanks Michelle for three wonderful days at your place.
