It is very close to the subway, very easy to reach from the airport. Also there was heating blankets in the room which were very nice. The self check in makes the process faster and easier as well. Very cheap.

The place is in a very sketchy street, if you are a female solo traveler like me you should avoid walking there at night just because it's empty and dark in winter. The building was very empty and not very clean. When coming into the rooms hallway it was full of clothes rack which made it seem very poorly cared for. The room was very cold even with the AC on in heating. The blankets had a stain on it and the bathroom was full of black mold. At night it was hard to sleep due to the bad smell from sewer coming from the bathroom. The room is very small.

the staff haa limited English. plus he's not that very helpful. we came all the way to Busan and we wanted at least to take a shower but he said that the room will only be available by 4pm.

the location, the price, indoor bathroom, easy self checkin. Tv is working. Air con dual function with heater is working. line 4 dongdaemun, one line with seoul station, myeongdong. Also near historical building at exit 9 the only exit with elevator as i know. just 5 mnt walk to airport bus stop across the street near exit 4. There is washing machine, water dispenser, microwave and stove in the 2nd floor.

twin bed occoupied the room, so little space for baggage near the door. The bathroom sometimes exude some smell. no lift, but the step is shallow so i can lift my big baggage easy.

good location, near 4 line subway same line with seoul station and myeongdong.with the bed in up bunk, so many space in the below for aranging ur suitcase.i looking for single room with indoor bathroom and find this guesthouse offer very good price. ac, exhaust fan, hair dryer and extention cord are provided in the room.

my room just beside the kitchen so sometimes u can smell the cooking food. but not too bothering, just u become hungry

Hello everyone I've stayed at the Dalbit Dongdaemun Guesthouse some time ago (august 2022) and my mind is still at the shampoo they had there!!! may sound weird but, my hair has never been so nice as after I washed it there! I still want to know what shampoo they use because I cannot find a good one for my hair anywhere.:)) There is a sign there "No parties", I think people take it too serious...I stayed there for 3 days but I have barely talked with anyone...No one really cooks in the kitchen and I didn't see anyone having breakfast there... I am not sure if they actually serve breakfast...In other words it is a quite place, way too quite, but if you're ok, than you'll love it there. Also if you do the self check in, there will be a paper with the instructions for you, it says the card key is in the shoe rack but they actually meant the locker at the entrance.:))

I wish I could have had breakfast there while making friends and sharing staff...I've spent my first 3 days in Korea there and it was kind of sad and boring...Also, please write locker instead of shoe rack.

Good wifi , clean , good price/quality

The staff was unfriendly. We’ve arrived to the hotel around 12pm after long flight and sleepless night and asked if it could be possible to check in earlier than 4pm, in case if a room is ready already. however , the guy at the reception started raising his tone and saying that we should’ve read the check-in rules. Instead of almost yelling , he could just say- no , it’s impossible 🥲

The room is small but you can fit even a giant suitcase in there. The room and bathroom was clean, without any weird smell.

There is air conditioner placed right above the bed and the bed is below the ceiling. So you are really close to it when you sleep. Also it make noises from time to time and I almost had a heart attack when I slept. Also there is no window. And there is no elevator for your suitcase.

So comfortable, in the center of seoul

For the price of staying in a shared dormitory bed, the private room at Dalbit is probably the best value in Seoul.

When you open the window, smoke from the floor below or next door filled the room quickly. When you close the windows you have to sleep with the air conditioning and wake up with a soar throat

Cheap and best, location is good
