False ad description Smelly room.

Location

First of all, we didn't realize that within the hotel, some rooms are being "rented" by the owner who bought "room units (mine was 8-O)." As such, my check-in was process was different from the rest of my family members (cousins, aunts, etc.) as they booked by themselves and I did mine. Because of this set-up, the internet (wifi) different from the rest of the hotel and when we asked for password we were given one that doesn't work, which the caretaker knew doesn't work but didn't give us any other option to have access to an internet, which we needed, of course. Also, the channel of the tv was very few, whereas my relatives had Netflix etc. Another issue is that when I was about to take a shower, there was no hot water so I took a shower in y relatives' room. When I got back I checked the heater system again and turned all the knobs (which I did earlier but still didn't work). Only when I turned the actual water knob at the bottom of the toilet bowl did it work. They should have made that ready knowing they will have guests so I would try to guess what to do to have hot water.

Room was good value for money --- clean, good location, nice staff

Walls seem a bit thin, we could hear the noise from adjacent rooms

Location, affordable, courteous staff and food accessibility (restaurant and mini-grocery store).

✖️Heater not functioning. [Upon checking, the unit is due for replacement according to the personnel.] ✖️Weak water pressure. [The caretaker provided pail & water dipper] ✖️Can hear the noise outside the room: footsteps, slamming of the doors & small chats in the hallway. [Other guests were too loud in the middle of the night] ✖️No TV channels for current affairs. [Although you can watch unlimited netflix]

Location and the room is so comfy.

TV isn’t useful but its okay.
